Cafe dal Mare

Visited this spot twice during my stay in Carmel, for good reason! It is 100% on the pricier side but for the fresh and tasty dessert you’re getting, it is very well worth it. They had different desserts and pastries on both my visits (and this was 2 days after each other, so that says a lot). The owner was very friendly as well, and this is a business I will happily come back to and share with others if I have the opportunity to do so. Highly recommend! Especially their pistachio cake, that was my absolute favourite.

Excellent raspberry scone. And for someone who doesn’t like coffee the pumpkin spice latte is surprisingly good. Amazing vibe in this little cafe, the owner is very hardworking and nice. Excellent ice cream as well. Definite 5/5

It's not often that I take a second to write a review, but this cafe is wholeheartedly worth it!

Since moving away from the area, I have been craving Cafe Dal Mare's delicious pistachio cake. It is light and sweet, and there's no way to describe it other than simply divine. Their cannolis also have a lovely, crispy shell and decadent filling that will leave you wanting more.

All of the food and coffee at Cafe Dal Mare has been thoughtfully sourced from around the world, and it shines through every tasting experience.

Go on a culinary journey to the finest corners of the globe all within Cafe Dal Mare. You will not regret it!

I had the most wonderful experience at cafe dal mare! I have a vanilla latte and a cannoli! Both were delicious, the cannoli was so crispy and sweet. This is my new favorite cafe to pop in or stay for a while, Austin was the sweetest barista. He gave me expert recommendations on the menu.

We had a great after meal visit for some Fiorellos ice cream, creme brulee and a tea. It reminded me of our visit to cozy little pasty shops in Switzerland! Must try this place when in Carmel.

Amazing place for dessert in Carmel - a must-visit! We had the Tony Spumoni gelato and the pistachio ricotta cake and both desserts were delightful. The gelato was rich and creamy, the cake was so light and airy but still rich in flavor. Amazing service as well - very friendly and helpful. One thing to be careful about - choosing what to get will be very hard :)

It provides a cute, family-owned atmosphere that I would say matches that of a small Italian town.

The best place to get a drink (or a bite) in Carmel. Quality ingredients, friendly staff and delicious! They are also open late on weekends which is great.

Adorable little cafe! It was a magical experience. My aunt and I had the Dolmas lunch, which we found very tasty, followed by a slice of Italian cake and a chocolate cookie. The owner has beautiful handwriting and was very kind to us in our conversations. We wished her good luck in her new adventure.
