The cutest coffee shop! The backyard patio area is charming with beautiful plants and hummingbirds. The pastries are wonderful. A little in the pricey side, but a wonderful place to treat yourself!

Coffee shop with a beautiful and lively patio garden.
Cafenated coffee is beautifully decorated with industrial vibes on the inside and a large garden greenhouse patio on the outside. There are plenty of tables, but it’s often very busy too.
WiFi is good and has two bathrooms.
Non-dairy milk: only oat milk.

VERY strict about bringing in outside food! Seating can be hard in the winter since it’s so limited inside, but the covered outdoor space is nice! Coffee is great, food is hot or miss.

I had a cappuccino with an extra shot, and it was sheer perfection. Rich. Strong. Sweet. Drinking it on the covered outside garden in the back made it feel like a calming luxury. I'm hoping to come back here again at least once before my trip ends.

GREAT COFFEE! ... and a great place to sit outside, inside (partly open during pandemic) or on the covered back patio. I had a wonderfully aromatic cup of drip brew, cream and sugar. Come enjoy the ample seating. Come back for food treats!

Maybe the best coffee place around with exterior and interior sitting!
The place is so cute, the staff is so nice and my god that wifi is wifing like crazy!!
Best place to work or hang out with friends
And the food is amazing too

very strange policy of not allowing people to sit outside if you’ve only purchased a drink. it’s crowded inside and the seats are all taken up. I should not have tipped for this kind of service.

Lovely place. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for working or having coffee with a couple of friends. The porch is charming and has a very nice vibe to it. Coffee is great though the food is a bit too pricey for the portion sizes

Key neighborhood asset because only good coffee in the North Shattuck area, but several serious inconsistencies. Food: outsourced pastries excellent, but weekend brunch, which monopolizes the patio, is an insult to the customer: wildly overpriced and shockingly subpar. Think over $20 for some microwaved frozen McNuggets and an Eggo with Aunt Jemima calling itself chicken and waffles. Atmosphere: patio is a delightful place to work at non-brunch times, thus seating competitive. Atmosphere inside generally good too, except sometimes they let working-class Zoomers behind counter pick the playlist, which, if the goal is to clear bougie Millennials+ out of the room and turn tables faster, is very effective.

Lively and cozy atmosphere. There was a live jazz band playing when we visited and heating outdoors since it was a bit chilly. Food was a bit bland and a tad pricey but overall was a great experience.
