My favorite place to "work from home" for a couple hours with a coffee or tea and snack. Their meals are pretty and def social media worthy for those who are into that. Beautiful outdoor patio, too (designated only for brunch patrons on weekend mornings til 1p or so). Staff is super nice and so is Ariel! Go check it out.

Great ambiance! The patio is decorated and has a great vibe. The coffees are good too. Service is a bit slow, the barista is somehow taking the orders and also making the coffee, so he takes some time.

A decent flat white with a great spot to hang and chill for studies or brunch even. The other plus is that this place is open till 5 on unlike most coffee shops in the neighborhood. Where do they expect people to go at 3pm? A bar?

The only downside is the odd obnoxious member of staff, but otherwise easily recommended.

My go to spot for study, hangout with friends, and matcha latte now. I love the greenhouse at this place and their pastry. Brunch was good too. Hidden gem in Berkeley.

Ordered the matcha latte with oat milk & the salmon avocado benedict. Food was fresh, latte was a bit bland. As mentioned in other reviews, adding an almond milk option to the menu would be nice. From what I understand, weekend brunch menu changes.

Overall, an average experience.

Came here to chill and chat. Food and drinks were overpriced for sure. We shared the sweet rooster sandwich and it was a bit dry. My cappuccino was alright. The best food item I really enjoyed was the Goodio chocolate (not made in house)- worthy discovery. The back patio was beautiful and spacious. Most likely not coming back for the nomnoms.

Beautiful garden with outdoor seating in the rear and good pastries from a local baker (Starter). Their coffee drinks served in ceramics get cold fast, but they accommodated me by making my drink extra hot.

Coffee is excellent in depth and flavor , though the food was good was pretty pricey at $18 for any 2 slice of toast I would have paid based on ingredients

Cafe with excellent atmosphere, nice interior, friendly staff, nice crowd, and cute outdoor patio in the back. I was not allowed to add caramel to my cappuccino, and the ratio of milk to foam was too high, like a smaller latte, but it was great coffee nonetheless. The foamy textured 3rd of the cappuccino is what my wife was really after. Not to be misunderstood: this stoops nowhere low like a... venti... cappuccino at a typical Starbucks.
