Sweet Surrender

Love their cupcakes! We always order our cakes. Ordered a Graduation cake! Only bummer is they don't Deco! That won't stop me from going back tho!

Bad customer service today 3-16-2022. I called 10 times they answer the phone
and ang up. I was calling to order a couple cakes I guess I never order from this place.

Amazing clothing and deserts. Their cookies are over the top and delicious. Overall, they are a good store.

Nice selection of desserts. It has been featured on the Food Network, but I don't think it's out of the ordinary. Desserts are tasty, but the ones I tried were very sweet.

This was the worst experience with Sweet Surrender!!!! I'm a huge local fan and wanted my wedding cake to be from them. We were reassured several times that transporting the cake to Laguna Beach would be no problem. Sweet Surrender wouldn't transport it for us, but my friend offered to drive it for us. I've purchased other cakes for birthdays and they come in a pretty big box with a lid. When my friend showed up with the cake it was in a DOUGHNUT BOX. Completely exposed. Needless to say the cake didn't make it to the ceremony without falling apart. I would not recommend them for out of town wedding cakes.

I really enjoy Sweet Surrender. They're sweets are pricey but fantastic. The store is creative and beautiful decorated. They offer a wide range of goodies!!

Very clean, organized and pretty friendly staff. I would like to see more of a diverse group of staff though. But sweets we're very good. Good job ladies.
