Sweet Surrender

The woman that was supposed to help us was VERY rude. Didn’t try to hide it either. My daughter and I went in there so excited because it was her birthday and ended up leaving there so upset. And to make matters worse, the limon cupcakes gave me food poison. My daughter thank GOD didn’t have any because of her experience there. Don’t plan on going back

We always get all our Birthday cakes my favorite is lemon and my sister is the matterhorn which we will be having this weekend

I called today to place an order, without even exaggerating I called 8-10 times back to back, every time they’ll pick up and hang up. Finally someone picked up and she RUDE as can be, and mid sentence I hunged up on her and called Smiths Bakery 🥲

Great selection...especially if you need a gluten-free treat. Hard to find that consistency of a cookie made from gluten-free ingredients, but they certainly did it! Its a popular spot so by the end of day items can run low or out...call ahead or place an order if you have a favorite!

great cupcakes and cakes everything is wonderful at this store

Asked for a gift wrap upfront said it would be a dollar, wrapped in clear bag and ribbon, asked for a bag to carry in (which we usually get without any charge) after I was charged for the cupcakes I was told the bag is 25cents. Very disappointed they would rather loose a customer over a 25cent bag. Very few people carry cash it wasn’t about the 25cents. Very poor customer service.

The pastries were really good. I got a slice of the red velvet cake the cake itself was moist and the frosting was a little more sweet than I expected. The service was straight to the point and didn't pressure a sale. The prices are displayed openly so you aren't left wondering how your bill for so large.

Amazing just amazing!!! But....... Their prices are highway robbery sad to say .1 slice of cake is now almost 7$ may have to take a break from them for a while 🍰🎂🧁

I bought a funfetti cake from here for my birthday and I expected it to be sweet but it was way too sweet. The frosting in the middle felt like eating straight up sugar. Way too much frosting. Not really worth the price.

I always try to see the good in everything…I seriously used to love this place. Not anymore. Most of these ladies who work there are so RUDE! They charge crazy high and expect to pay to write on your super expensive cake “happy birthday.” “I don’t need to explain anything to you.” So mean and unnecessary.
