Sweet Surrender

I bought a cake that had both coconut and pecans (forgot the name of the cake) exactly like the birthday person wanted. However, this $75 cake was literally 50% icing. The cake was WAY TOO SWEET. Absolutely no one liked it. Extremely dissatisfied for such an expensive cake.

Enter and enjoy at your own risk. Once you try their cupcakes you are unlikely to ever be able to survive without having them. They are completely delicious (red velvet is my favorite). Their candies are also delicious (although pretty pricey) and their boutique has some super cute clothing and decorations!

Food is great and tasty. The mask policy cost a one star rating. Employees should be made aware of the law and provide an option. If someone has a medical or religious reason to not wear a mask the business needs to respect that. This applies to ALL businesses. In the end, this experience will not deter me from going there again.

Food good but i gave them 3 star cuz Not a friendly place when it comes to the people of color.. there no greeting. There is no thankyou come again.. feeling. They don't smile. At u. they look at u different cuz u are color like we not supposed to be there. Like we can afford it . I been here different times with different people. I hope they work on that. It will feel more welcoming 😊

My absolute “go to” place for cakes, cookies, bars, and gifts. Always a pleasure and fun- everyone is pleasant and helpful!! I’ve moved out of state and Sweet Surrender will be one of the first places I go back to when I’m back in town!! Oh my goodness it’s Fall today- the decorations will be amazing..😱

Cup cakes were okay. I purchased the lemon and pink champagne. The cake was good; the frosting was like the kind you would buy at the store. Not a big fan. I think it would be a fun place to bring your kids and friends every once in a while, but I most likely won't be going again.

What a great sweets shop! This place has what everyone needs to satisfy their sweet tooth. I especially love that they have gluten free options that also taste amazing like their gluten free chocolate dipped almond horn, so amazing! This place is on point.

My experience with Sweet Surrender was amazing. The girls at the location were friendly, and displayed excellent customer services. The inside of the location was fresh, clean, overall a welcoming environment. From the lady who took our order, all the way to whomever physically prepped our cake, paid wonderful attention to detail, giving my daughter exactly what she asked for. Yes Sweet Surrender is pricey but the fresh moist deliciousness of their cake was well worth every cent for my daughter.

They have a lot of really cute gift ideas, I was driving back home to Fresno, so I wasn't able to get a cupcake. But I hear that they are very delicious, next time for sure.

More than I expected! There were cute clothes, home decor, soaps, dishware, and more! They even managed to make a mini matterhorn cake last minute custom lettering on the top of the cake. It was quite busy, but the staff all remained calm, cool, and friendly as can be. Very impressed!
