Excellent coffee and they have iced Earl Grey tea available all day which I love!! Food wise there are limited keto friendly options but the veggie frittata works in a pinch... Add some butter to it and your good for macros. They don't have stevia sweetener but I'm hoping they will soon if enough people request it!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Bakersfield for many reasons. Their coffees and teas are great, decent beer on tap and a few bottles, house-made pastries, and pre-packed salads and sandwhiches from a local catering company.
Dagny's is a social hub in downtown Bakersfield. It's a great meet-up spot, so groups of people from all walks of life frequent this place, this makes for some interesting conversations. On a typical day when you walk up you will notice hipster-types sitting outside (there is a smoking and a non smoking side), there is usually at least one dog. When you get to the entry way, you will see flyers and posters for local cultural events. Inside the furniture is a mix of comfy couches and lounge chairs and wooden tables and desks. There is free WiFi and plenty of power outlets so there are usually people working on laptops, the environment is inside is calm and reasonably quiet.
If you really want to connect to the local community I reccommend going here. I always run into at least one person I know.

Pros: Retro vibe. Really good coffee, tea, and snacks. Cons: the line can get pretty long, and the outside area almost always smells like cigarette smoke because they allow smoking.

The coffee here is good. I usually drop by to pick up a pound of espresso or vulcan blend and usually it comes in a normal coffee bag that can be fastened.

This is a great place, I've been coming here for many years great atmosphere, great people and course great coffee, this place is so great it's where met my lovely wife, didn't give it 5stars because the patio tables and chairs are falling apArt and there's one chair that rips your clothes.
