Dutch Bros Coffee

I'm a Dutch Bros newbie, and I love the great service and huge variety here. I have been to 4 Dutch Bros (1 in Vegas! My friend has been trying to convert me. Lol.) So far, they are all consistently friendly and helpful. This one went through flavor profiles and combos in such a welcoming manner. This Dutch Bros went the extra mile in giving me a taster of one I was familiar with at S***b****. Very impressed with the choices.

I'm trying to find "my drink". Each Dutch Bros is exceedingly helpful in trying help me sort out flavors to suit my palate. (I admit, I'm one of those "Suger-free, Low cal, dont like berry" picky girls. I just know what I like!) The choices are daunting. Still in search of my favorite, but love the variety and it's been fun trying new flavors. Thanks for a great experience.

I waited in line for 40 mins for 1 drink. Didn't think I'd pick the one lane that didn't have someone checking me out. If that was the case close down the second lane to have better traffic control. The other lane and the walk up line was going faster than the line I was in. Usually a happy customer and pretty reasonable.

Normally this dutch bros is great.. besides today. Everyone working today was super rude.. I got a cold brew drove half way to my appointment tried my coffee and it was tea.. not cold brew. Tasted terrible obviously, so I turned all the way around and took it back I barely got an apology and they realized they were using the tea pitcher for all cold brew coffees. Disappointed with this store today and the attitude. :/

Absolutely love Dutch Bros,911 Coconut trifecta with chocolate and Carmel inside and out the cup with whip cream is amazing on those super slow barely made it to Dutch-Bros-Kind-of-Days or I will never be a morning person ever days 🤪😜

They are doing awesome 👏🏽 job prices are reasonable.

Service was fast got the Orange Groove cold brew (different and good). I’ll be excited to go back to enjoy their many beverages especially the teas.

Dutch Bros are knocking on Starbucks door. A huge selection of custom hot, cold and blended drinks. Highly recommend a very good alternative to Starbucks. You might even like them better

Always a cheerful greeting as you place your order and then at the drive thru window where you get your drinks, more friendly chat until my strawberry lemonade was ready

This location has the nicest staff and relatively quick service. There's usually a line and unfortunately it does take a while, but it doesn't stop us from going frequently because the drinks are fantastically priced and delicious. Sometimes they will make mistakes, but they always correct it with a smile and In a way that even goes above and beyond what they would need to do just to rectify a problem. They are really good at having conversations with the customers that feel natural and genuine and that also ends with an appropriate amount of time to not keep the next customer waiting.
After going here, I've stopped going to Starbucks entirely.

Every time I visit I receive amazing customer service at this location. All the employees are always friendly and sociable. Quick service even when it’s slammed. Hope management and the team are being recognized cause they deserve it.
