Dutch Bros Coffee

I love any and all Dutch Bros! Today one of the women who works at this location in Surprise gave me a free drink card because she knew I had waited quite a bit before being able to go from parked to the actual line. It's crazy! I don't know why everything is so perfect from Dutch but seriously whatever the CEO is doing it's working. I don't care about waiting an hour-2 hours for this place. It's that amazing! The people at every location understand customer service so well and they honestly just make my day with every visit! They also have great prices for drinks unlike their competition! Who am I kidding I feel like they aren't even competition at this point! I will say that a lot of the customers waiting are super rude! To the Dutch Bros employees: if someone is rude to you then whatever. It's a cup or a few cups of beverages. If they are getting their panties up in a bunch because they have to wait then tough luck 😅 but I digress. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Love the kicker hot or iced. Always good coffee that I really enjoy. Wish they had them in the south!

Went here for the first time July 4th. Really Great costumer service and an employee wanted a picture with my truck, coffee was amazing as well. Something different rather then mocha and vanilla is really nice!

Dutch Brothers menu is slightly confusing, to say the least. I had an employee stand in line with me to explain to me to me how to order.
I enjoy their beverages that are always good, some are exceptional. Anytime I see birthday cake on the menu I must have it! I was extremely pleased. I wish there was better seating outside, they do a wonderful job and I are super busy all the time. This could be my second happy place. This is new to me as I didn't have this restaurant in Wisconsin, but it's growing on me.

This is a wonderful place. They seem to have everything going on. They are active in the community by setting a day and giving a portion of the proceeds to this or that. They have wonderful communication skills. Every time my order is taken I feel like I make a new friend. The outside servers are extremely nice and they know how to make it feel like a personal experience. My only beef is that it’s so good and everyone knows it, the lines are almost dreadful. I do make a promise; if you decide to wait in the long, Long, LOng, LONg, LONNNNNG lines, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

First time to this location
It was busy (it was Friday night) but the staff did a good job of turning people around quickly. Orders were correct and prompt.
Would return again.
They're still not doing stamps so that's why not 5 stars.

I'm not sure who I spoke with in the drive-thru, he was a tall young man, curly hair, with a few tattoos on his arms.

The first time I've ever purchased from Dutch Bros and not the last. Outstanding and welcoming customer service, this location was clean and the flow of the wait line was continuous.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, but I can't, but this place is delicious. First time I've been here and it was great. Definitely will come back again soon hopefully. I love the way the employees treat us like human beings and not just a customer. I also love how the gentlemen at the window said "God bless" I love that so much <3

Grateful Dutch is expanding. I visited the area for the weekend. Nice surprise to have Dutch. The customer service wasn't as good as it usually is in Oregon. But the coffee is always good.

Nothing bad to say, ever. Such an amazing company. Their core values is something other companies could learn from. Staff is always friendly and upbeat, very encouraging all the time. When they ask you how your day was they actually want you to answer and care. Oh yeah, the coffee... 😉 Always phenomenal!!!
