Dutch Bros Coffee

The Dutch Bros in Goodyear is by far one of the best, however, for the first time at drive through they did get order wrong. They asked me to taste and ugh, but they wouldn't take back. I opened my door and set it on ground below their window.
They did remake the order for me. 2nd time a charm. The experience was my first bad experience and they are the best dutch bros in West valley with exception of the one on thunderbird under 101.

Me and my friend went thru the drive thru and we were helped by Shelby on 6/28 around 5:35pm. She was so rude cutting us off while ordering and didn’t let me finish my order she then continued to be rude we then proceeded to ask her a question and she answered very vaguely and kinda ignored it I’ve always gone to dutch and never had a problem until this Shelby girl maybe she needs more training.

Nice hang out place for the youth or young at heart. The design of two drive throughs is a good idea. This Dutch Bros traffic signs if read and practiced accordingly can save people time without blocking traffic.

Love the drinks. They are awesome. Staff are so friendly to everyone.

Do not go to this location during a storm. Once you are in line you are stuck and can't get out. Waited 50 min to finally order at the window. Girls helping us really didn't seem to know the menu well. Over all super frustrating waste of time!!

They never listen to directions. I always say I would like a light ice caramel kicker do not backfill with cream and every Dutch Brothers that I go to , backfills . And I watch him write the instructions and they just look at oh like iced caramel kicker. Let's just make it and they don't read the detail of do not back fill it. Bless their hearts

My kiddo likes it but i do not see the hype. The employees are wonderful and always curious.

Yesterday I was helped out by a girl name Shelby she was extremely rude. She cut me off as I was trying to order, didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip, which I always do because Dutch bros usually have very nice well trained employees. But this Shelby girl acted like it was her first day on the job.

This is definitely my favorite coffee place and I take every opportunity to go. Specifically this place has many different varieties of sugar free and decaf options which other competitors in the coffee industry do not offer. This makes Dutch Bros my go to choice for my coffee needs. Staff there have always been amazing and my doggos love the attention and pup-cups.
