Nice staff and I liked that they have a covered outdoor seating area. We hung out here at least twice last week. Their lemonades and coffee were both great.

I love the blue rasp rebel blended with a soft top! Also love their hot horchatta chi with the works! Service is always good and the drinks too! I do miss the breakfast food though 😔

The customer service is great, but there’s nothing else really good about this location. The location itself is poorly set-up considering the traffic it gets, the wait times are ridiculous and the lines often run into the parking spaces or the street, and the drinks more often then not taste poorly and flat. I don’t know what the reason is, but I can order a peach rebel at any other location and it tastes fine. Even though the customer service is great, I will not be returning to this location. I’ll take the extra 5 minutes to go to 83rd.

Have always love Dutch but the last few times coffee was weak. They are putting too much ice and throwing out a 1/3 of the drink. This morning they were training and took 12 min to make my two drinks. I understand training and support it, but the person doing the training was not showing any urgency in getting it done. My drink was not good at all. Get the same one all the time. The person training made it not the trainee. Three cars behind me got their drinks while I waited. My biggest issue was the quality of my drinks. If someone is going to train, please make sure they know how to make the drinks correctly.

I enjoy Dutch Bros and visit locations all over the valley. Today was an extreme disappointment. I had enough time to stop for coffee. With only 5 cars in front of me, I didn’t expect it to take too long. 19 mins later, I was able to drive off. I understand customer service but there should be a balance with conversations and efficiency. The young man taking our orders spent 5 mins alone chatting it up with the car in front of me. Again, I value loving your work and customer appreciation but there are other customers and thru put to consider. Coffee was great and everyone was friendly. I just couldn’t believe the wait compared to the efficiency I’ve experienced at other DB locations. I will return, but wanted to warn others of the long wait time.

I have visited this location three times, and the service is prompt, the staff is friendly, but in each order I’ve done (multiple drinks) I’ve also ordered a VERY simple black americano coffee with sugar/sweetener, and each time there’s been an issue with it. It’s such a basic order for a coffee shop, it seems like a no-brainier. I suppose they are so used to customers coming and not actually ordering real coffee, but still this should be one they nail each and every time, and have it taste fresh…
