Dutch Bros Coffee

First time customer so had lots of questions. Staff was very informative, helpful and super nice. Was given a great suggestion which I loved. Coffee was very delicious with the perfect amount of caffeine! You’ve gained a new loyal customer! Starbucks who?!

Always been great until this morning! My wife went and got the normal morning drinks as usual but this time when paying with the app the young lady didn’t ask if she would like to leave a tip. Kind of odd so my wife checked the app and seen the young lady added %25 tip on her own. Normally we leave a %20 so not a huge deal it’s more about the dishonesty of the young lady. She claimed it was due to “new taxes” they have to charge!

As I said always great until today, but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch, extremely disappointing!!

Always a good order of drinks. If it’s too much or too sweet, they remake it for you! :) for our drinks on this trip we had the mango and strawberry smoothie

It was my granddaughter's 18th birthday and it's a must to stop at Dutch Bros! They make a free drink and it's festive! Plus the window cashier and crew all yell out "Happy Birthday!"

I love Dutch bros but this location is getting worse and worse. It took 2 to 3 times longer to get through my line than it did the other. When I brought this up I was told there was a trainee slowing down our window. That's it, no consideration whatsoever for the customer's time. I can't wait for a new location in Surprise. Maybe it will be managed better.

Love the knowledge that they ALL have for the company and products. I'm constantly challenging them by trying to create and combine drinks to make new ones and they have yet to miss!

Stopped by for cold drink to help beat the heat. Had the Picture Perfect drink (literally what it's called) and it tasted amazing. Both lanes were busy so there was a wait but totally worth it. Now that I'm back in MA... kind of wishing there was a dutch brothers out here.

Nice, friendly young lady working in the hot sun was very appreciative of her tip. She suggested the 9-1-1 to my other half. This coffee drink has 6 shots! He loved it. Just what he was looking for in a coffee. I got the Double Torture freeze.bit was perfect. The banana nut loaf is more like a spice muffin with nuts. Good but not what I was expecting flavor wise.

Service was excellent. Drink was amazing and refreshing. Just a heads up this location is usually quite busy and has a line. Not to steer you away but just to forewarn that there may be a small wait.

I always rave about Dutch Bros, and always try to make a trip if and when I'm finally out of my house because this place can be 15-20 minute drive. However, today was the worst experience and I'm not so sure if I'll be going as often anymore.

Experience is usually great due to the positive attitude/customer service from staff and their great team work to make drive-thru a speedy process. With that said, it's going to be a hit or miss experience each time.

Girl taking order this morning kept talking to this one car with a puppy all the way until it got to the window, AND THEN took my order...when there's been cars waiting in line. This isn't so great as it can put a rush to staff working inside the building.

I'm the second car in line and I'm still waiting as the front car with the puppy already got all their drinks but they're chatting for a few more minutes.

I got to the window and it was explained to me that it was that puppy's first pup cup. Okay great, but it's 7am on a Wednesday and I just needed to grab my nitro cold brew so I can go to work, please.

I come here because it's quicker than Starbucks and tastes better too, except for today. I sometimes drink their nitro cold brew straight from the can and I always order their nitro cold brew drinks. However, the campout nitro cold brew today does not taste Nitro at all and it's overly sweetened. Pretty sure it was just the regular cold brew, which I had once and never again. This definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be giving Black Rock coffee more business considering I'm in a rush if it's a weekday morning and it's conveniently located next to Costco gas station.

Maybe I'll return one day if this poor experience fades away in my memory.
