Jenna was the best!! They were out of some of the stuff I wanted that I usually get, and she concocted something much better than what I was gonna get. Sweet girl. Keep her;)

Tried to get oatmeal for a gluten free option and it had wheat. Should have been clearly stated on menu.

Good coffee. Cold brew black tie for the win.

First of all, I love Pete’s but today I was stunned by the excellent service, comments and explanations of “the drill” while there. Give the young woman at the register in my photos a raise!

Best peppermint-mocha using Kona select from Peets. I order online and have visit in person. The only con is that Peets closed alot of stores in the Phoenix area. The airport is an option but I will visit other stores.

The manager was 30 minutes late today. This location is supposed to open at 4:30 AM but it was pushed back until 5:00 AM since the manager was late. Approximately 13 potential customers were lost due to the managers tardiness, myself included.

Worst customer service from Brianna Burns. I was trying to order a bagel with cream but an a very rude way she said that to toast the bagel was off.
I work with customer and customer service is the number one priority
If you have a personal issue you shouldn’t take that to work.
Worst experience ever and I won’t recommend the place to nobody

Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich that never arrived. Finally had to board without breakfast. Under no circumstances go here.
