Good coffee, friendly staff. They move quick to get your order out, especially with coffee drinks. I had to wait a lot longer on food.

I purchased a black tie last week and my straw plugged up because all the ingredients were on the bottom of the cup. Today I approached the counter and had to wait until the attendant was done texting so I could be served. That's the last call for a cup from me😞

Good chai tea latte for Indian tea lover, compared to other vendors.

I purchased a nonfat vanilla latte & it smelled like it was mixed with spoiled milk… just what I need before a long flight ! $7 in the trash

What a terrible experience. Stopped by early in the airport and the 3 employees never acknowledged us. We were standing there at the counter and I guess they weren’t open yet but not a single hello...sorry but we aren’t open yet. They just ignored us standing there. It’s baffling. So we just walked away and went to Starbucks.

Good tea ( and coffee) and a place to sit in Phoenix airport if you are flying Southwest. C gates were packed and we walked over here. While the sofas are worn, it provided a place to sit and enjoy a cup of tea.

Food isn't very good and way over priced ($9 breakfast sandwich) only reason I'm not giving them fewer stars is that they have great staff. Save your money and buy better food at McDonald's or any where else that serves breakfast at the airport.

Profits is one thing. Greed is another. Charging 3 dollars for a sip of coffee, and they call it "small" size. I have never been more disgusted with myself

Bitter tasting coffee, not to my liking. Confusing creamer location, just put it in my coffee, while I searched for it?? Its not worth the 4.00 dollar price for a med size cup.

For an airport they we're adequate. There was no fecal matter in my sandwich and my coffee did not contain the corpses of any small rodents.
