This is my go-to coffee place. Forget Starbucks. The coffee here is amazing, the muffin tops are delicious, the staff are always happy, cheerful, and super nice, and you always get a chocolate covered coffee bean with your coffee! They even give out free chocolate on some holidays!

Y'all are doing it right.

Had a really good pumpkin blended white mocha. Not sure if they were short staffed as it took a little bit before we got to window and there was only one car ahead of us, but there were 3 people at the walk up window. Young lady who served us was very pleasant and quick with our 3 drinks.

I've ordered coffee here three different occasions and it's never what I order. Three strikes you're out. I'll stick with Black Rock coffee.

Their customer service is the best, they are so kind and coffee is delicious!!!!!

Tomorrow will be my last day in Arizona, and I am moving to Katy, TX. To the young ladies at this location, you guys are phenomenal and have done so much to take care of me. You have immaculate customer service, and I can tell you can enjoy your jobs. If any of you have had a bad day, I would NEVER be able to tell! You have been delightful to deal with. I live in Phoenix, AZ, and have skipped all of the other Human Bean locations in the valley to come out to Power Rd because of your outstanding customer service. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!! If I'm ever in the valley, I will be sure to stop by!!

I'm changing my rating because this place has really gone down hill. They had a solid team for years throughout the pandemic but recently they all moved on to other things and the new people have yet to make my coffee good at all and its been at least 4 months. Super disappointing to spend $8 on a cup of coffee and it be not what I want at all. I guess its time I find a new place.

We stopped here on our way home from a morning at the salt river. The drinks were great and our dog really enjoyed the pup cup topped with a biscuit! I only knocked off a star because they put the whipped cream on the wrong drink after clarifying multiple times which one we wanted it on (one of us can’t have it). The service was really fast though, which is hard to find/master on a Saturday morning, especially for a drive-thru only! We’ll definitely be back.

It was okay. My husband’s said his cold brew tasted only like vanilla syrup, and he couldn’t taste the coffee part of it. I had a chocolate macadamia nut latte and it was good enough. Not too sweet, but also almost wish it was sweeter? The girl running the stand Sunday morning was super sweet and very welcoming. Unfortunately, the coffee experience just wasn’t what we wanted.

I was always a Dutch girl but the lines and prices are not ok. So when Human bean opened I kinda of thought yeah not a coffee person I like my energy drinks. My friend went there and was like girl you have to go there they are way cheaper, same size cups and have a huge flavor menu. So I went and I have never looked backed. Prices are great, options (coffee and non coffee drinks) are awesome and the staff... they are amazing. They also have 2 lanes for the drive through making the wait time short. I always feel welcome and they are genuine nice not fake nice. I love the staff here and they even take care of the homeless guy that hangs out in a wheelchair in the parking lot. Like I said, Genuinely amazing staff, great prices and great selection.
