The staff here seem really in tune with their customers, always big smiles at this place ... Even dancing if the music's right for it. ;)

Okay where do I begin? First off if you are crazy indecisive like myself, the staff here is A1 for us! Specifically Kelsey <33 the SWEETEST gal ever and literally made the most scrumptious tea for me haha. She made my day for sure so easy to talk to and actually was a human not an overly happy robot. Seriously 10/10. You will not be disappointed w the drinks, prices or staff!

Just writing my experience.
I just moved to Mesa less than 5 months ago. Looking for a new coffee spot beside Starbucks.
Tried this place a couple of times.
Menu is a little cluttered.
Prices are about the same as Starbucks.
There’s never anybody in line. Usually the staff is customer friendly, until about 730 last night.
Place closes at 8 sun nights so I decided to stop. I pull up and the girl looked at me like I was the worst person in the world. I ordered my vanilla latte and she goes “okay” blank face.silence.......staring at me as if she was stoned or mad something. And that’s the only thing I ordered.
Starbucks would never treat me like I’m a bother. Now! I see why there is never anybody in line.

I love my human bean!! I am there nearly every night before my shift. The baristas are phenomenal and the drinks are amazing!

Stop in to have a cup of great coffee and had a nice visit with Molly and Lucy at the power road store in Mesa, az. Super friendly girls and of course great capachino and latte. Employees like these two are a real asset to the business. We will go back soon.

Human slugs. Unreasonably slow service. If only they had a male i there telling the silly women what to do maybe an order might be ready in time.

I love the endless flavors this place has to offer! Everytime I go I get something new. The staff is always smiling and is super helpful. The app is Great, no more preloading cards to buy a drink, the app charges your bank card at each visit for what you spend. I go here all the time and would totally recommend it for everyone. Coffee lover or not they have something for everybody!!!
