Top Cup Coffee House

The customer service that I received today due to the fact that they made the wrong coffee and then decided to argue with me is really beyond my comprehension when you’re a store manager unfortunately you do not have the option to tell a customer if they’re right or wrong. I will be following up on further actions because this is not how you run a business.then they will act like you treated their employees so bad but yet their employees love to speak and have small talk with me each time I come through the drive-through if they felt that they were being disrespected they would keep it short not actually have full conversations . They also will not explain what disrespectful thing I did to them except ask for whip cream how dare me lol super unprofessional.what’s even more unprofessional is they are trying to hide this or get unseen there they are reaching out to people to write reviews super unprofessional .

Friendly service, great drinks and a cozy atmosphere. Love supporting LOCAL rather than national chains.

Phenomenal coffee shop - Top Cup provides a great atmosphere to do some studying or relaxing. Also, the coffee is of great quality and the staff is outstanding. I had a great conversation with one of the employees, Jad, about the pre-health pathway and his enrollment in dental school.
I would recommend Top Cup to anybody!

Had my first double shot iced vanilla latte ☕️here today. It was excellent! Love the nuttiness of the coffee flavor and it has an intense caffeine intake!! I’m wired! —Literally lol

The coffee and ice tea is just ok. There was no one in store yet it took a long time to be served in the drive through. I was also asked what I ordered several times before the three items finally made it into my hands. Better service would've produced a better rating even with completely average coffee. Save money and go to Dunkin.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! My drink was made perfectly and so delicious. The staff is great and the place is super cute ! The only thing I’m not sure about is the country music, don’t think it’s very coffee shop vibes.

Overall good product and good service, but the ice they use for their cold drinks is dirty. My ice melted in my drink and I can see so many nasty little floaters. It made me gag so hard.
