Top cup might have hired more people or something but the staff that’s helped me the last few times I’ve been there have been so kind and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about how I’m doing when they ask. It really makes or break a place when the staff could care less about you. I look forward to coming back.

Coffee was great. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Will return!

This is by far the highest quality coffee & breakfast service in Gilbert. The quality is top tier. Always freshly made, doesn’t taste cheap. Top Cup truly is on top!

I go to top cup a lot for lunch, and I noticed recently they added new food items to the menu. So my wife and I thought we’d try them out and they were AMAZING! We got the new breakfast sandwich and breakfast bagel. They were hot and fresh to begin with, but they were full of flavor and really hit the spot for some brunch style food. They also have great paninis and a breakfast burrito‘

Barista making drinks was too concerned about talking about my use of “grande” to order than care to make sure he knew what I wanted. The barista at register was very kind in double checking I wanted a 16oz size and she was correct, I did. The Barista on bar brought out an iced drink so I let him know it was ordered hot. He comes back with a 20oz hot instead of the 16oz one I ordered. I had already had to ask for one remake of my free Mother’s Day coffee so I didn’t feel right correcting him again and we threw it out after we left & bought coffee elsewhere. We live on the Westside side and we were excited to be in Chandler, close enough to make the trek to Top Cup- only to be pretty disappointed with the experience. Even if you don’t agree with how someone speaks when they order, the most basic customer services skills still allow you to kindly figure out & serve what they are ordering.

The one star is because it is an absolutely beautiful space/atmosphere. Unfortunately the coffee was horrible. Despite the fact that my friend and I ordered the exact same thing, mine was ridiculously icky sweet and hers was super bitter and strong coffee flavor. I was also not a fan of the white mocha being made with chips it left a waxy film on the inside of my cup and I kept getting random chunks while I was drinking. It wasn’t until I was sitting there listening to others order that I heard that there was a syrup option as it wasn’t explained to me. I am from Washington state and absolutely love espresso beverages but unfortunately I did not like this place. :( sad because I really wanted to!

Gave it a try since it's newer in the area and was charged almost $14 for a coffee which they asked if I wanted coffee in....isn't this a coffee house? No receipt, just charged way too much for a blended coffee that I couldn't even taste coffee in and that if I ordered online through their website would have been about $9. Automatic nondisclosed $5 tip?

Loved the atmosphere. The address was confusing to find... they forgot my avocado toast, so I had to go and ask. I also saw everyone else being served their food....hope it wasn't discrimination for some reason...

Went today for the first time! Super cute place. Good coffee and ambience. Very joyous and charismatic workers.

Very pricey. The iced 32oz lattes will be over $10 if you get oat milk. Probably will never be back as this is out of the way. The drink was good but not $10 good if you know what I mean.
