Good coffee, yummy tea, cute shop, with great outdoor seating. May I suggest greeting and acknowledging your customers? Felt a little awkward standing there waiting for someone to take our order. May want to keep track of orders taken too.

GREETING customers is a must if you want business. I was NOT greeted, awkwardly stood at the counter to order while the employees proceeded to gossip about a previous customer. Washing hands is key to the restaurant industry as well. 🙌
The coffee was way too sweet for a small, I could taste the flavoring, the oatmilk but no coffee taste. The avocado toast was pretty basic, nothing to write home about. Atmosphere could be better if employees were friendly and informative. Good luck.

Cute place, good coffee but horrible customer service. We walked in, place was empty, no one greeted us. Walked up to look at the menu by the register and we were still not greeted just blank stares. We got closer to register and barista mumbled something… ? When we got our coffee it was super hot and didn’t get a sleeve. Coffee was good and the avacado toast was delicious, a must try. I went back up to order a to go coffee and same experience, no customer service skills. For being a small business you would think customer service would be at its best! Not sure if we will return, maybe drive thru.

I would give it a 5 star but the one thing that bothers me is that I usually go there to work and when I place an order, the employees fail to call the food/coffee. It is kind of stressful to keep on looking towards the pick up counter after order.

I've been coming to Top Cup since they opened. It's in a convenient location from Riggs Road or Val Vista, right on the northeast corner, across from Basha High School. They're very accommodating with many seating areas inside and outside. I'm writing a review because I was amazed at the size and the quality of the breakfast burrito. I was just going to get a coffee and danish to go, but saw the burrito on the menu and thought it would be more filling than the danish. It was served with fresh salsa and very delicious, comparable to specialty burrito or Mexican food eateries. Keep up the quality drinks, food, and service!

Very cute & aesthetic coffee spot.
Got a vanilla coffee. It was good.
The place is big and has a drive thru.

The smoothies are delicious and their Caesar dressing is fantastic!

New to the coffee world but decided to try this place one a whim. I ordered a vanilla crème cold brew and the barista recommended I add hazelnut for sweetness. And wow, I could not put it down! So yummy and it didn’t feel like I was drinking straight sugar like Dutch bros or Starbucks sometimes do. Will be coming back soon!!

Top Cup is my absolute favorite local coffee shop! They are always so warm and friendly! Their coffee is amazing (I always get a haze hero) but that’s not even the best part. They have better food than most restaurants I have been to! The avocado toast and Mediterranean chicken panini are to die for. The inside is also super cute with such great vibes!

I like the comfortable, large seating area inside. Everything including the rest rooms were very clean. Excellent choices of coffee but only a limited choice of tea and pastries. Friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere.
