Top Cup Coffee House

I read the reviews about bad service and still chose to go.. they’ve definitely solved that problem! All of the baristas were so friendly. I sat in the lobby to study and my latte was actually even brought out to me! The atmosphere is good, prices are good, and coffee is amazing. It’s my new favorite place.

The best espresso / americanos in Gilbert!!! My husband and I come here almost daily and consider the Top Cup staff family 🥹🤍 love them and the smile they bring on our faces! They’re always so friendly and the drinks are always amazing! Jackie is the best! 🙌🏽

New to the neighborhood we received a flyer in the mail offering a free drink with item purchase. We decided we would try it out. We were not greeted by too cool for us tall guy behind the counter. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a small latte. The charge was 5.39. I asked if he applied the coupon, he said yes (seems like an excessive price for a muffin but I decided I didn't want to argue) I then went to pay with my credit card and somehow a 100% tip was applied,. I asked him to reverse the tip. After a minute of him grabbing receipts before we could see them he said it was fixed (still not friendly). I checked my credit card and I was charged 5.39 three times. I don't know if they don't like people with coupons (then don't mail them) or if we did something to offend him, or if he was genuinely incompetent and poor at customer service but we won't be back. The muffin was actually quite good however. (Not 5.39 good, but pretty good)

Top Cup has always been so welcoming. My husband and I just moved here last year and Starbucks was absolute trash! I'm proud to say that I am a consumer of Top Cup's product. The individual's that have memorized my order has been by far the most delightful. With its modern touch and zesty style, I enjoy sitting in and soaking up the environment. If you don't want to sit in, swing through the drive thru and be greeted by advantageous individuals with a nice cup of coffee. Top Cup has a special place in my heart. Their coffee is superb and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

My favorite local coffee shop! Friendly staff and quality coffee. I love coming here to get work done and grab a quick bite to eat. The butterfly tea is one of my favorites. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!

Top Cup has the best coffee in AZ hands down. The staff is great and friendly, the owners who come in a lot are very nice. The The atmosphere is very relaxing and chill. The food is also very healthy and tasty. I get the avocado toast with a S’mores mocha! I highly recommend!!!!

Honestly the best coffee experience I've had anywhere. Awesome place, great coffee. It's one of the best specialty coffee shops in the area.The breakfast that I had this morning was incredibly delicious. If you like coffee, it's a "must-visit" café. Finally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Coming back for sure.

I am a regular at Top Cup coffee shop since they open. On that date I happened upon this place by chance and proceeded to have the tastiest coffee and cappuccino of my life. That coffee was a contributor to my decision to return to this great shop regularly. One of my favorite activities is drinking GOOD COFFEE and coffee shops are some of my favorite hang-outs. This is a coffee shop where one can quickly feel at home. The barristas here all take pride in their craft down to the details and artwork on all the coffee they make. The coffee was smooth and deliciously divine! By the way the food they serve was great and delicious too. All in all, a wonderful place to go to eat or just stop in for the Best Cup of coffee ever. Great service too!

I never leave reviews, but in support of my favorite spot to read or meet with friends, I felt it’s necessary to leave one.
Top cup is by far the best coffee spot I have ever been to, its a lot more than a coffee shop, I meet friends there every morning, Jackie and everyone I’ve ordered from are beyond nice.
Keep up the good work you do Jackie, I’ll see you tomorrow.
