Top Cup Coffee House

Another 1 Star performance at Top Cup. It is so close to our house we keep giving them chances, but we are terribly disappointed. As a paying customer it is horrible to be lied to. The truth was bad, they were out of control, disorganized, spills and clutter, and they forgot about me waiting for two breakfast burritos ordered online 45 minutes prior. Later I discovered the cook taking orders at the cash register and he said he would go make them in 5 minutes. Then the lies started from the manager, "the oven is broken, we are behind on food orders, the line was to the door". All lies, I had been there for over 30 minutes. One family was in line and nobody in the drive thru when I arrived, nobody in line now. She didn't know I already talked to the cook, so I asked, if you are so far behind on orders, why is your cook at the cash register. And then she said, you want your money back? We'll just cancel the order. Unbelievable! I waited for 40 minutes for them to just cancel my order, so easy. Poor customer service.

This is a great locally owned coffee house. The interior is large and clean with a lot of cozy seating and areas to plug in. I love their energy drink blends and their iced coffee options.

Listen, GO HERE! Sorry for the screaming, I am so satisfied with my first order and the experience. I am so disappointed with myself for not getting the young ladies name who assisted me. She was so helpful and friendly, I am not truly a coffee drinker so I had no idea how to order. She did not make me feel dumb or crazy when I asked for things ( only Starbucks sales LOL) But she was charismatic happy and extremely helpful. To top it off my order came with a beautiful card that has my name on it and a hand written thank you note. The authenticity and love that was put into my order will have me raving to everyone I meet about this coffee spot. Love you all for your hard work! Stay safe , God bless.

It is entirely too pretty for the ugly attitude of the workers. Went in- stood in front of two girls with brown hair- neither acknowledged. I asked if they were okay- if they greet their customers who walk through the door and stand in front of them ready to order- they didn’t apologize- no one smiled- they looked miserable to be working. My “hot” matcha coffee was not dissolved had huge powder chunks in my cup- not filled all the way- and it was luke warm upon being handed to me. Wondering why I wasn’t deserving of good service or coffee.

Man, what a great place! These bad reviews don’t make sense after going there. It seems like someone is making others leave bad reviews because they didn’t get their way. Hopefully some of the new reviews are people who can think for themselves. Go give it a try and see how great it is! My friends and I love it!

Awesome staff and excellent coffee menu. I frequent a direct competitor almost daily, but this place is incredible! New favorite coffee place, just needs more locations

First time in... and I love all the sugar free options and the low carb dairy options as well. Going out for coffee again was made very easy! Thank you to the staff for being so nice and ensuring my drink was made correctly. Look forward to stopping in again!

went there this morning after seeing a bunch of posts on social media and was super excited to try the pebbles cold brew….i wasn’t greeted or spoken to at all when i came in, the barista barely said a word to me. my drink came out and it was…not at all what i had ordered, or at least what i thought i ordered. i re-entered the line, hoping to get a replacement drink as i did not like the latte i was given, just to be ignored for eight minutes straight, and then talked down to and charged for a replacement drink. even the replacement drink was not as advertised, and barely tasted like anything. i paid $55 in total between the original incorrect beverages, the replacement beverages, one slice of peanut butter toast, and a pack of macarons. the food was good, but the coffee was the worst ive ever had, and definitely the worst customer service ive ever experienced at a local coffee shop. i ended up leaving and getting blackrock down the road, and got a cheaper and tastier drink with better customer service.
