At Home

I'm so glad I don't have to go to the mall anymore to shop at At Home! This is an excellent store for trendy home goods and decor. The holiday selection is especially large, so if you're looking for something new or interesting, I'd go here first. There's plenty of construction going on in the area around the store, so be careful driving here. The line is long but moves quickly. Plenty of room to manuever large shopping carts around.

Overwhelming choices. Not a bad problem to have! But I settled in and picked up the 4 items I was looking for!

They always have the best things for a great price. Went in today looking specifically for what I needed and found it within 5 minutes. Perfect! My go-to home store for accessories.

Best place to shop for home decor. Wonderful selection and good prices. Excellent customer service!

At Home has a wide variety of items. Tons of holiday and everyday decorating items. The problem is the checkout process. When I checked out there was only one person ahead of me, and one cashier. Actually there were two cashier's, but one left when she completed the transaction she was handling when I got in line
I stood in line for more than 10 minutes, trying to purchase one item, while my friends were waiting. I ended up leaving the item on the counter.

I placed an online order to pickup in store, and they RELEASED my order to someone else. Never sent me a pickup confirmation email either, I had to call to find out why I was never refunded for the order I decided not to pick up.
Also, their birthday coupons don't have an online promo code so you must manually type in the barcode number to redeem the coupon online. (The employee I talked to about it didn't know how to use the coupon either) So I go to pick this order up, and they made me wait quite a while for someone to bring me my order; there's never anyone at their online pickup register. I wanted to purchase another item at the same time of my pickup, and they made me GO BACK in line to purchase.When they had a register at the pickup spot completely available. I've had nothing but bad experiences at this store and I will not be shopping here again. I've given them enough chances and each time has been a disaster.

This place fills my needs for home decor. There is a little bit of everything you could possibly need. I went fall shopping and this store was almost empty with their fall decor. It was Labor day weekend and a couple of weeks until Fall officially begins. I traveled to another location and they had much more stock. The cashiers were not very friendly but the floor staff was very helpful.

No matter what location you go to there are never enough cashiers for the line. Prices are decent but you do end up waiting a long time. They do generally have things that are hard to find at other places. Huge selection of outdoor cushions.

I had a no stress experience everyone was very nice and happy. I will be going back.

It was good, the selection was limited but that was probably because of them being in between seasons. Definitely had all the home decor you could imagine but don't go there for electric kitchen appliances.
