The worst loco moco I have ever tried in my life, and I was so excited to try it out. Total waste of money I paid over $19 for a small, tasteless, greasy meal. Loco moco is so simple and hard to mess up but yet again another place in juneau has figured out how. The ground beef patty was tasteless or rather taste like burnt grease (My coworker could smell the grease as soon as I opened the box), the rice was little to none smashed down to about less than 1/2 inch thick, the gravy was pretty grease and sugar, the eggs were overcooked by a far. The presentation was cute, I'll give it that but tell me who eats for looks? I had to bag and tie the food so we wouldn't smell the grease. The potatoes had so much salt and what smelled like bbq chip seasoning I could've probably seasoned 4 whole potatoes. Lol. This was a joke of a meal and I will not be returning. It is so sad, the standard of "good food" in Juneau, it's pretty much nonexistent. This really made me anticipate my departure from juneau even more.

Amazing food. Ask your server their favorites. Great recommendations, yummy food. The Thai curry and banh mi salad were highlights, as was the halibut. And save room for the s'mores dessert. You're welcome.

12 dollars for a horrible grilled cheese. And no fries just tater tots. A really good place to go if you have a lot of money and don’t mind generic tasteless food for an outrageous price. Wake up Juneau. Why are we tolerating spending more for less and having to accept it is not the Juneau way. I won’t. Oh. By the way man buns are not cool.

Great place, good food. Nice place to meet up with friends and have coffee or tea. Tater tots are the yummiest in town. ❤ 😊

I guess it's supposed to be the hip place to eat, drinking water out of mason jars poured from old wine bottles.... The menue is scant. I had their pork chop (29.00) and a beer (5.00) and my wife had a salad & (4) small, scallops w/ink glaze (about 18.00 total). The pork chop was tasty, but half fat!!!... with a meager side of grits and peaches (they were alright...) The decor is...anything but high-end or classy. Honestly, kind of dumpy, and the seats, uncomfortable! Along with the nice 10 dollar tip I left, the bill came to 70.00. I won't go there again.

This place is just soooo good! Order anything on the menu and you'll be happy. The picture is of the Croque Madam with a creamy rich cheese sauce drenching the bread, egg, and ham. It's decadent and always delightful. Truly one of Juneaus best eateries!

I came here i. September while i was here for a conferrnce. The Stumptown coffee drew me in nut I really enjoyed the baked goods: not overly bread or sweet. I came back for dinner and had excellent service. I ordered the fried halibut with capt puree. They graciously grilled the fish for me and if was perfect. I can't recall the name of the dessert I had, an Italian name (mezzosecco?) but it was exceptional.

Called to place an order for pick up... The lady who picked up sounded upset when I asked if they had started serving lunch yet, she put me on hold for about ten minutes and when I finally was helped, she laughed at my name, fine whatever. I went to pick up, they ladies behind the counter were not very polite, a customer in front of me asked if a dish was gluten free and received a half assed answer at first, but asked again, the waitress rolled her eyes and stormed back to kitchen. It was my turn and they didn’t even make eye contact when taking my money or name. One asked the other if the to go box on the counter was for me, and the response she received was “I don’t know why don’t you open it and check.” Why would they ask for a name on the phone but not put it on the box? I am disappointed in the service I received, have heard such positive things about the food and wait staff, I will have to disagree with the wait staff reviews

This place is great. Friendly service. Delicious food. Great coffee. Amazing dessert. And a small but respectable selection of beer. It is pricey but worth it. Try the banana cream pie!

nice place, free wifi but coffee sucks. Better coffee across the street. Food here is great which is why I'm giving them more stars. Try the breakfast burrito or come back for dinner. Very good food.
