Very touristy but the fact it's on 5th Avenue it makes sense. Love the loose tea selection and the vintage style items they carry. Would think twice about bringing kids in due to all the breakable and low sitting items. I try to go down a couple times of year for great tea !

One of the oldest buildings still being utilized in Anchorage. The Tea is great. The the store is well-stocked with trinkets. Keepsakes and one of a kind items. They also have an exceptional variety of candy which can be purchased almost to the singular piece. Fun store to visit.

Take your business anywhere else. I’ve shopped here many times and have enjoyed the teas and coffee. Unfortunately, I experienced discrimination today and will not be returning. Zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind ✌️

Really nice little place. We went there for a school project (talking about it in Japanese), it was my first time there and I fell in love from the moment I saw the front door. When you enter the place, there are many cute collectables and souvenirs. A lot of handmade items too. As you continue through the store, there is a small cafe that makes the best spiced chai, I recommend the 16oz. All the donuts are hand made fresh and are equally as tasty too. Definitely recommend this place to anyone including locals and tourists alike. I've lived in Alaska for 10 years and didn't even know about this place. I'm glad I have been there now!!!

This is a great place to visit anytime of the year but during the holidays its great.items from all around the world and. A great cafe. Great tea you can buy as little as an oz or as much as you want.. You must try them they are all great. The donuts are very good. This is with out a doubt one of the best places to check out.

This is a quaint little store, filled with delightful trinkets and cute gifts, and a great tea selection. Prices are on the high end but the experience of the store makes up for it. It's an especially great place to go in the Winter time and grab a cup of tea with one of their freshly made old fashioned donuts. They also have a store in the Airport.

Friendly staff, lovely small quant gift shop and cafe. Loved the fireweed glazed old fashion donut

Small, busy little shop filled with various knick knacks. The donuts were good!

Best donuts I've ever had and a quaint atmosphere to boot! If in town, you should go out of your way to enjoy their pastries! Sounds crazy, but I even brought some back on my plane home - amazing!

Wanted to make my sister's birthday special. We don't live in Alaska, so I contacted the wonderful people at The Kobuk. Nina could not have been nicer, and OMG what a beautiful basket they created!!! Cannot say enough wonderful things about The Kobuk and their staff! My sister was thrilled!
Totally recommend them!!
