This is a very nice, small cafe. Coffee was very good, service was friendly and quick. We also got some breakfast burritos which were nice. Well put together and hot. They're a nice spaces inside and out to enjoy your beverage.

Amazing customer service. Gave great advice on the options. Ended up going with a Caramel Breve and it was delicious. Drinkable from the moment I got it. Cute little spot too!

A pleasant surprise for me as a non-dairy, non-gluten eater. I ordered the breakfast sandwich without cream cheese on gluten free bread, and was touched that one of the employees gave me a yummy tomato-based veggie paste so that my sandwich wasn’t too dry without cream cheese. 🥰 so thoughtful!

I highly recommend the Dark Horse Coffee Co. Yeah they make great oatmeal and coffee. The care that goes into their service and their beautiful shop made a lasting impression on my trip to Anchorage.

Amazing coffee, very quick service. And the staff go above and beyond for each order! They were the most friendly coffee shop in all of Anchorage! I highly recommend them.

I was disappointed, first time in anchorage and I waited over 30 min for a breakfast sandwich, when I kindly ask the lady dropping off food to the table that arrived 20 min after me if she knew when my food would be done she rudely said “you have all these people ahead of you” I nicely said “I actually was here before all these people”. When she brought my food she set it down on the other side of the table and didn’t even look at me when I said thank you… I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 14 years and wouldn’t treat someone like that even if they were an as*hole. Matcha was good though. Need help in the kindness department.

Great quiche and good coffee. The place was cute, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Environment are nice. They made excellent coffee latte with various flavors. However, food quality are not taste standard meal. I ordered burrito and it's dry. I personally not like mushrooms and asked them to removed it. "Sorry, its already included prep food". I have nothing say to it... My wife ordered egg sandwich, its not impressed either. Yet, their bread with blacken are taste great but not what is inside...

They serve loose leaf tea! And they steep it for you! Amazing (not at all being sarcastic). Got a large cup of organic English breakfast and enjoyed it on their terrace (indoors felt a bit hot, outside was at a crisp 55 F degrees). The ladies behind the counter are very nice.
