Old little coffee house feel. You will wait in line if you go in the morning... it's very crowded because it's small. But it's way better than the franchise coffee shops. This one has charm. There's small "living room" type seating and a little patio. Coffee usually good, limited food menu but good... try the quiche or oatmeal ;-) Not open evenings.

This place rocks! The service was awesome and most importantly my latte was bomb. The drink took a little long bc they were busy but well worth it.

I found my spot! Favorite coffee shop so far. Quaint with a great atmosphere. Decent prices, and they had Nicaraguan coffee not the Sumatra based coffee! Eat in and they serve the coffee in a ceramic mug, not paper.

Delicious bites to have for breakfast and great coffee (get the sludge if you want something strong 💪).

Always a little busy but the wait has never been longer than 5-10 mins. The drinks, and food does take a few to come out.

Edit: 11/3/22 - After asking barista if the vanilla flavor had been changed and saying my latte tastes strange I was not offered a remake. Instead, they watched me throw away the coffee and just kinda shrugged. That left me feeling disappointed. Maybe it's an off day for the shop? Changing from 5 star to 3 star.

Previously: Great coffee at good prices. Food is available and customers feel welcome.

I discovered this coffee while I was attending a conference across the street. I came to this coffee 7 times for breakfast, had the oatmeal with berries and banana + a latte coffee with soy milk, all very good and unexpensive! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a local spot to start the day right. The only less positive note that I could share is the fact they are a lot of homeless hanging out. I really don't mind, but it sometimes makes you uncomfortable. Last but not least, the staff is absolutely nice and friendly, although they are extremely busy!

I have been a repeat customer and I was so hopeful that when the inevitable return of the mandates came they would maybe resist like many here…but at least be gracious about it. However sadly, they are smug and arrogant and pushy about mask application. I can [somewhat] understand a place being afraid of reprisal from a government off the reins, but I cannot abide being mistreated as a customer. I won’t be back and I hope you don’t go either.
