This morning I enjoyed a delicious "Cruffin" from the Bakingtist in Huntsville, Alabama. The Cruffin is a cross between a croissant and a muffin. It is a light, flaky pastry, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Look nowhere else in town for the best baked goods! Literally my favorite croissant in the history of ever. Heidi is truly magical and a wonderful human being. Support this small Business!!!

I simply cannot put into words just how happy I am each time I see The Bakingtist (aka Heidi) set up at my local market! Her products are of the highest quality and taste spectacular!

I recommend that everyone who wants to be sure they are not left empty-handed, when she sells out of her fabulous croissants in the first 30 minutes due to overwhelming demand, place an order for pickup the following week. Be sure to try her delicious cookies as well.

AMAZING doesn’t even come close to what these cookies look and taste. Can’t wait to buy more. The price is worth it!! I had the White chocolate macadamia. I heated it for 30 sec in microwave then topped it off with ice cream!! The only way to eat it!!
