The giant cookies are my favorite treat year round but my seasonal go-to is definitely Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread- very nostalgic for me!

Heidi brings the wonderful world of science into the kitchen, so her products are great for exposing kiddos (and adults) to some baking and STEM basics!

Not only is she a personal mentor to me, but she is a shining star of the community

Love the stuffed croissants! They are delicious with homemade jams! The focaccia is sinfully delicious!

The Bakingtist not only has AMAZING cookies, breads, and brioche. She incorporates science into her yummy treats! Definitely get one of those cookies!!

I feel very lucky and blessed to have come across The Bakingtist here in Huntsville. She is so friendly and her love of science and baking really comes through brilliantly in EVERYTHING she makes! My family and I have been loyal fans since our first bite! I can't think of one item that hasn't been absolutely mind blowingly creative and delicious.

Any product that is produced by the hands and brain of Heidi, the knowledgable baker, will be delicious!! The gourmet breads and fabulous sweets are amazing! People form long lines at Green Street Market to procure various awesome baked goods from The Bakingtist. GREAT STUFF!!

I fell in love with the chocolate-walnut cookies the moment my son brought me one, and I've been hooked ever since! The cookies are large, thick and chewy, chock-full of chocolate chips and walnuts. I'm in heaven! I also tried the chocolate-peanut butter chip cookies as well, and now I'm hooked on them too. I look forward to visiting the booth of The Bakingtist every week and getting these cookies. The baker, Heidi, is very creative and talented in her baking and is a gracious person as well. Her Restaurant Week special was a work of art! I always look forward to seeing her at her booth. You've got to try these cookies as well as her other baked goods.

The Bakingtist will definitely satisfy your cravings! We are addicted to her cookies but cookies aren't all she does...she is like a baking scientist (hence the name) and even has some starter kits for a budding Bakingtist! Check her out!

I haven’t tried the focaccia yet, but I can definitely say the other sweets are definitely worth it.

Heidi, the baker and owner, is a wonderful human being— She’s a lot of fun to speak too, and knows a lot about not just the mechanics of baking, but the science behind it as well.

All in all, definitely recommend— I’d reach the text limit if I tried to list all the pro’s about the Bakingtist, so y’all definitely should just try the baked goods for y’all’selves

The baked goods here are remarkable, special creations by Heidi, imbued with care and creativity. Shopping from her is fun and exciting, as she is often trying to explain to her customers the connections between basic science and baking. I feel fortunate whenever I can shop at The Bakingtist.
