Always a pleasant time here. Every time i order a book it’s a very smooth experience.

I would rate this store a 5 for customer service, cause they are all excellent here! Haven't met a rude or non-helpful employee yet. I will however only give 4 stars cause where I come from the Barnes and Noble is 2 stories tall, a better seating selection for chilling there and reading/relaxing and has a huge selection complete with all the music you could think of too that this store lacks. (I know CDs are so 2000, but to be fair I moved from this store over 10 years ago) However, also this store doesn't have 1/2 of the books I want (again prob cause the size and lack of shelves and smaller genre sections), but that doesn't mean I don't find something else fun to read especially with the employees pointing out good reads!

If you are looking for school workbooks this is such a wonderful place to get them. They have a variety of brands to choose from and I think the Spectrum books were the best.

The store associates were nice, and the store itself was clean.

Not very busy, mostly a sign of the times. I feel B&N could use some new PR people. We need to make a bigger push to get people into these brink and mortar bookstores. I take my kids there for the atmosphere. There is just a feeling you get while looking at the books you've read, want to read and never heard of within seconds of each other. Amazon just doesn't give me the same buyer satisfaction that comes from walking and getting a new book.

Always a pleasure visiting, getting coffee, crunchy and a couple of great magazines and a book!

The staff is Awesome. Some of the most helpful kind and caring people you will ever meet!!! They will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for and they are the type of people who want to gwt to know every customer that walks in the door!

This Barnes and Nobles is amazing. The best part is the clearance section right to the left when you walk in and the game section! This store is so well organized and all of the sections are labeled. The kids section is fun as well with a place for story time. There is a Starbucks at this location. Ask about their 25$ yearly Members Club bc it has many discounts for friends and family when you purchase it annually.

Great place to relax after a long day. Being surrounded by books is my happy place.
