Barnes & Noble

Me and my family love books, we just hate the cost of them especially when the ebook is the same price (if not more in some cases, that is why the rating) than the physical copy of the book. This store is always clean and well organized.

What is there to say. It's a good book store with Starbucks. Really didn't have any interaction with the staff other than checkout.

Despite being a common chain-store, this is a cozy little place to find decent, newly released books and magazines. The books are a bit pricey, which is the reason for the 3 stars, but sometimes you can find good deals. This barnes and noble has a Starbucks, which is ok coffee, but the specialty drinks are pretty good. The cinnamon rolls have way too much frosting, I guess to cover up the bland taste of the actual roll. Either way, I enjoy perusing the book selection while indulging in expensive coffee, and having one on one time with my kids.

I love book stores, and this is one of my favorites. The customer service is excellent. The bathrooms are clean. It is always an enjoyable place to go and spend way too much money. I always leave with a stack of books. 😊

Clean. Well-stocked in some areas, other were bare bones. Alright selection of clearance books but store seemed emptier, less books, less tables and movie prices are INSANE. It's worth dropping in once a year if in the area but nothing for a special trip.

Book store is cool and has a great variety. The Starbucks is fake. No Starbucks ever ask you if you want your macchiato layered or stirred. They just make it the way Starbucks makes it.

I was visiting barnes and noble and went to starbucks inside to sit and use my laptop. I noticed the people working there were really obnoxious to the point where it was rude. I noticed they never thanked customers and after calling their names to pick up their drinks they did not tell then to have a nice day or even acknowledged the customers at all but just were talking to each other and laughing loud. It was so rude I could see all the customers were leaving without a good experience. Customer service is number one to me. This starbucks did not have it at all especially one of the females there she cared more about seeking attention from her co workers than her customers. Will not go back there at least not to that starbucks.

If you’re wanting a drink I would suggest purchasing one at a gas station before you go into this Barnes & Noble or finding a different Barnes and Noble altogether
You will At least get a whole drink at a gas station and more than likely get treated better
After This Barnes & Noble café getting a simple drink order wrong I was told that even by paying extra I could Not get the same drink I’ve been ordering for years from Starbucks and from other Barnes and Noble cafés
I was informed very rudely by a manager that “We are not Starbucks”!
Even after paying extra apparently to fill the drink all the way up my glass quite literally was still not full.
I do strongly suggest to remove the Starbucks name from this Barnes & Noble if it seems to infuriate these Barnes & Noble employees that much.

Relax atmosphere and frienly staff. No preassure at all.

One of my favorite places to go. Good atmosphere, nice coffee shop area and comfortable sitting areas. I have bought many books here and will always come back!!
