Went there to recharge my phone after lights went out during hurricane. Bought a cup of coffee and sat down in the many make shift lounge they had prepared for people in my situation. Very helpful.

Very clean, very sanitized. I appreciate the fact they have a drop off point for books to be sanitized after they have been tired around through the store. They require masks, which is a plus in my book.

got a gift card they scratched it at the register so they knew I hadn't spent it yet and the website didn't recognize it meaning they didn't activate it good place to get books really bad policies.

Barnes and Nobles is a great store. I had a rough experience when I went in to pick up an order I paid for online and they didn't know where my order was. I had to go through 3 different people to finally get my stuff.
