Beautiful store! Staff very helpful in looking for a particular book. When it couldn't be found, they arranged to order it and have it sent to my address. I will be going back!

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable they went the extra mile to help my husband find a particular book by looking it up and checking info for ordering it I could've browsed for hours

Went there to recharge my phone after lights went out during hurricane. Bought a cup of coffee and sat down in the many make shift lounge they had prepared for people in my situation. Very helpful.

Very clean, very sanitized. I appreciate the fact they have a drop off point for books to be sanitized after they have been tired around through the store. They require masks, which is a plus in my book.

got a gift card they scratched it at the register so they knew I hadn't spent it yet and the website didn't recognize it meaning they didn't activate it good place to get books really bad policies.

This particular store has gone our of their way to provide excellent customer support on the few occasions I had a problem. Wonderful group of associates, always a smile and "Hello " when I walk in the door.

I love this place. There is nothing better than the feel of a book on my hands. Great selection, courteous staff. Very helpful with everything I asked for.

Barnes and Nobles is a great store. I had a rough experience when I went in to pick up an order I paid for online and they didn't know where my order was. I had to go through 3 different people to finally get my stuff.
