Staff kept things moving during fairly heavy holiday shopping. Someone asked if we needed help finding anything. Friendly and efficient at checkout.

Enjoyed my visit and shopping experience at Barnes and Nobles in Dothan, AL. There is just something about being to browse through the shelves, select and sit for a moment and read a short passage or so. The blending aroma of the books, the coffees, latte and pastries provide a feel good moment. Great job B&N staff!

Nice store and super friendly staff.

Giving five stars to the staff. Everyone was overwhelmed with customers but each staff member took the time to greet every customer and asked if they needed assistance. Was saddened that they converted the quiet vinyl and collectibles section to what looked like a clearance section. Makes that side of the store unappealing. Thank God the staff more than made up for that.

Love this barnes and noble. They have a decent array of manga and light novels. Can find some hidden gems in there as well if you look hard enough.

Always a treat to come here whether it's finding a new book to read, board games to play, or stopping for a cup of coffee or tea. The employees are extremely pleasant and polite. I've never found myself in a situation where I was frustrated at the response of an employee here.

If you're looking for a place to study, pass time, meet new people, or buy some books. The Dothan pavilion is a hard place to pass up.

I purchased over $100.00 in books and showed an online coupon at check out. The employee sharply said, "We don't take those! Some of our stores do, we dont." Not understanding why I said, "It's for Barnes and Noble and I met the requirement." She abruptly said, "You can join our membership to get discounts, but we don't take online coupons." There is a way to speak to customers and she definitely needed some lessons.

Always live Barns & Noble. The staff are great here. The book selection fits the demographic. I must say, I expected more from the local area. But that is my misconception from past experience and similar sized cities. Every area has it's own vibe - still getting to know Dothan.

Very clean, with nice decor. Friendly service from cashiers that are knowledgeable. Store is in the middle of a busy shopping center so there's a lot of traffic. Either way, very good store to go to and study, shop or eat.

My family and I love coming to any Barnes and Noble but this one doesn't have sitting for the kids, I'm thinking because of covid but in the Cafe area u can sit.
