Let me start out with the waitress and cook we're amazing, very short handed staff wise, but we we're not in a hurry sho it didn't both us they kept coffee up and checked with us to apologize for the wait. No problem. We got our plates with bacon and hash browns, no eggs were told eggs on the way. I got mine in about 10 minutes 20 minutes husband got his after I brought it up. My problem was with the so called manager, who had just walked in and heard me say something about his eggs. To which she jumped in with we only have 1 cook you will have to be patient. Well what the heck you just walked in the door, you don't know that we're got there at 920 and it is now 1035, so yes we're have had plenty of patience. And you team had handled it fine. But you as the manager did not.

I have gone about 5 times to ensure I was grading this restaurant fairly. The food is good. The bathroom are okay for fast food restaurant the service is not good. There seems to be a lack of organization in the restaurant as a whole. There are enough workers just very unorganized. I will try this place again in a few months to see if it has improved. Gave it 3 stars because it is new so there is a learning curve.

Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for my food. When it was bought to me I was missing 2 eggs, 2 sausage Patties ,hashbrown, and toast. There are 2 young girls who serve tables that are rude. Even if you don't have prior serving experience bring rude to people is not acceptable. I am not the only one who waited for ever for therefood several other people had to wait. There was a couple of women serving who tried to be helpful as much as they possible could. If it hadn't of been for them two I would left and never went back but I am willing to try it again.

Me and my 2 children waited an hour and 15 minutes and never got any food. The table was sticky! People who had gotten there way after we did ate and left while we were still waiting. We finally left a ten on the table for our drinks and left. The waitress kept saying everyone else had online orders when I watched most of the people place their orders there! Will not waste my time again!

I know they're just opening so they're disorganized but they were not nice. My thirteen-year-old wanted to leave because she had observed how rude they were being. But I could see that they were frustrated because it was so disorganized. We placed a go order and I waited 15 minutes then went up and asked if I could pay for my order so once it was completed we could just leave. At that time the manager had come up and told them they were no longer taking orders for another 15 to 20 minutes. That's when the waitress told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before they can put my order through because she had given it to Bailey but Bailey forgot to put it in the system so for the last 15 minutes that I have already been there after giving my to go order they were going to have me wait another 15-20 minutes before retaking my order. I had accounted for a long wait as we left an hour and a half early for work but with the the lack of organization and the rudeness we experience it wasn't worth it so we left. Maybe we'll try again when they're a little more organized and things settle down a bit and they're not so new.

Not impressed at all. Everything was BLAND. The pancakes tasted like clay, everything else had absolutely no salt, pepper, or butter in it, either. Our orders took forever to get; ordered curbside and was supposed to be ready at 12:30 pm but we didn't get all our stuff till 1:19 since they'd mixed my daughter's orders with someone else's. I'm not coming back and I'll stick with IHOP and/or making my child's breakfast myself.

Had to be one of the worst experiences in a restaurant I’ve had. Wasn’t busy sat at least 45 minutes didn’t get our food and tables being served before us. To make it worst one of the cooks on her cell phone and when we questioned where our food was she started screaming at us. Please Mr owner no form apologies get in their and fix the obvious problems. Any place opens up a diner will put u out of business

11:00 on a Sunday we are taking no more walk ins? Empty seats everywhere? You might as well close the doors and install a drive thru only. The service there has always been up and down. I am officially done with the Huddle House. Maybe once it closes we can get a legit restaurant. 🤔

This place shouldn't been open. There is no way that I did an online order at 10:30, food promised at 10:56am, did not receive it until 11:40. There were about 5 cooks on the grill but really only 2 were actually moving, the rest were just shuffling back and forth, aimlessly. While we were there, several (almost every table I could see) constantly asked when their food would be ready. Each time, I heard the waitresses say they're working on it or yours is next.

We were there so long that we started calling the employees the 7 Dwarfs from Snow White, after watching their interactions with customers and how they didn't move with any sense of urgency.

If you HAVE to stop here, and I wouldn't recommend it, just be prepared to wait at least a hour before your food comes. Also check your food... After waiting as long as I did, my order still wasn't correct. I was missing toast, hashbrowns, and chocolate pancakes (all of which I paid extra for).

They even had the audacity to display their health score... FROM 2011!! What good does that do me in COVID 2020 times?!?!

I was just passing through from Texas to GA but I will do my best to NEVER stop here again. And you should too!! The owners and the Huddle House corporation should be ashamed to have this store representing them!
