Huddle House

We went here with our family that we were visiting. We were seated but it took 10 min before they came over to us to take our drink order and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our drink. The server finally came to take our order after we looked for her and while taking her order never took the drink orders of the second table after they also have been waiting. We then waited another 30-45 min for our food but we noticed that our server disappeared and no one knew where she was and we couldn't get anyone's attention. We later saw our server getting dropped off with donuts she picked up and decided to check on us after we looked for her for so long. The strawberry waffles were good but the experience in general was horrible.

The two of us walked in, made eye contact with a waitress, then she turned back to bussing the tables. We seated ourselves. There was a single clean table. We NEVER got waited on. No beverages, no menu, no acknowledgement. There were 3 different ladies dressed as waitresses, no one lifted a finger to offer us food. So after more than 15 minutes we left. Horrible service for 2 pm on a Saturday!

The hostess was very friendly. She did her best being she was the only one serving. The bathroom wasn't clean. Cigarette butt holder need to be moved from near the entrance. Not a very clean place. But, the food was great.

Food was good, place was extremely dirty.

No bussing of tables, sweeping the floors, etc. Our booth had what looked like 2 or 3 days of crumbs in the edge of the seat.

Server was attentive and did a good job.

If it was cleaned up then 5 star all around!

The waitress is always on point but who ever this girl is she was sitting down when I walked in. Trash all over the floor, dirty tables, and zero motivation. Damn tea is sour and disgusting. Other waitress is sitting outside playing on the phone.

Dined here yesterday morning with my Luv in the Demopolis location. The food was great, service was great the waitress was really friendly , all smiles, courteous, and efficient, I don't remember her name but she was great. Will be dining here again in two weeks!

Breakfast today was amazing! Coffee was fresh and hot! Breakfast was quick and delicious. Service was the best anywhere
