Huddle House

Poor customer service. Waited over an hour to get our food. Eggs was cold and over cooked. Ordered a waffle and never received it. Poor cleaning. I wouldn't recommend no one to waist there time and money at this restaurant.

There was no there when we sat down and still it took the girls 5 minutes to even notice us and then on top of that the food was horrible the tea was sour and the girl never came to check we had to get up to ask her for something because she sat by the register and played on her phone this is the worst huddle house I have been to ever I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND BE WARE DONT STOP HERE

Clean , no waiting, nice staff. Food was a 3.9 stars only because of presentation. It didn't look real good but it tasted great.

7 waitresses, 1 waiter, and 2 on the grill and they were too busy up at the register. Took over an hour to receive our food (which still missed a few things and drinks( had to ask 4 separate times). The cook had to yell at a waitress to pick up and drop off food to tables. Never again.

Ok, no drink refills, fine they're super busy.... but then I find the real reason why it took 95 minutes to get a subpar meal that was partially inedible....

While paying for my meal I watch one of the line cooks emptying a pan of scrambled eggs onto a plate. Mind you. it took 5 minutes for me to pay, and I ended up paying before this person was complete with the task... I laughed as I watch the pan tip up, and a small crumb of egg falls helplessly alone upon the plate, in fear of the other egg clusters getting cold. The chef quickly returns them to the flame... then again, as if coaxing and asking if the eggs identified as cooked but none speaking up they were returned once again...

After watching in amazement this elegant dance of the finished eggs back and forth, I chuckled as I realized I too, wished I was that high, but as old age has set in and the art of the munchies has left my soul, I found it was a fond memory of a time now gone...

I wish you all the best and hope to one day visit this establishment when a crew with some hustle is trained in. Since my child never got his meal, unfortunately Burger King got the sale of a simple cheeseburger....

I will never spend another penny at this location order my food and the waitress brings a over cooked pancake to my table with no silverware it took 10 before I got silverware to eat with my order was incorrect and I got charged for something I didn’t even get I tried getting I touch with a manager and I was unsuccessful i was so upset I didn’t even eat it the ticket came before they replace my pancake

I had caramel apple stuffed French toast & my son had smothered & covered biscuits. Both absolutely delicious. And the coffee is a very flavorful & smooth.

While I dined I noticed how well the crew helped each other. It was a very happy and friendly atmosphere.

Where are the workers from October when I was in there because my Lord I missed them. The rudeness from the staff is aweful. This crew was on point in October my waitress name was Ashleigh and the two cooks was excellent and the manager that came out to fix something for them she was nice also she brought laughter into the doors with her and believe that was her grand that came with her she entertained my kids until the problem was fixed.

Service was GREAT! Everyone was friendly and attentive. The food on the other hand was horrible. Everything was chewy. Over easy eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy that I couldn't even eat (they almost broke my plastic fork), and the waffle was ok, but again, CHEWY... I think it may have something to do with their plastic to-go containers. Maybe it's trapping in moisture that makes everything chewy. That and the fact that everything was cooked and stuck under the heat-lamp until the waffles were done. After paying $15 for this meal, I'll never eat there again...
