When the barista asks the customer to educate them on what a long shot is, you know you’re in the wrong coffee shop. It’s embarrassing and puts the customer in a really awkward situation.

cute place to hangout and do homework... but the service is bad and the food and drinks are overpriced and mediocre.

One of my favorite coffee places around! I always make a stop when I'm in Laramie. I've got to get a latte and pick up a bag (or 5) of coffee, especially Gods Must Be Crazy.

We love this place! So peaceful. They generally have really experienced staff.

Worst coffee shop I've ever been to. Moderately busy but the service was ridiculously slow and rude. It took half hour to get my mocha, which was tiny and lukewarm once finally received and was served with a helping of bad attitude when I requested it in a to go cup since I was past ready to leave. I also order a quiche which they microwaved and have to me right away with nothing to drink. When I requested water to drink since it was taking so long for the mocha, I was rudely told to get it myself. Not sure why the locals patronize this awful place but I certainly won't again.

The customer service is terrible. A barista brought a large mug of mocha coffee to my table and spilled all over the saucer. Then the coffee tasted lukewarm. I will NOT be back. Every customer matters! I like the atmosphere though.

Stopped in Monday and was able to buy two bags of coffee beans to take home and enjoy. I wanted to try the kind I was buying (decaf) and the worker started a fresh pot for me. Wonderful service!

Good coffee but service was slow when we there. Had to wait almost 15 minutes to get our coffee. Place was steady busy.

Just your average coffee shop. Nice interior, nice downtown location but just average coffee. Service needs to seriously improve. I was parked in the driveway/alley for about a minute (yes, I was a tourist) and an employee quickly snapped a picture of my license plate. Maybe he thought there was a cause for concern? Not the friendliest place. Again the coffee was average. I have had much much better. Nice seating though. Very modest pastry inventory. I do love danish and cupcakes.

Coal Creek, in downtown Laramie is a great place to meet friends or just relax. At the right times, it's a good place to work, at others it's too busy to really focus. Coffee is fabulous. They have a bar and an outdoor patio that's great for people watching.
