I like caribou. A little pricey but it's good.
Staff was very helpful figuring out giftcard.
Lots of seating, a few booths & comfy chairs, which is nice. Atmosphere isn't bad for it being in a grocery store.
I think they would do a lot better if there was more signage outside & if they had their own dedicated entrance. A little strange that their weren't dedicated Caribou baristas, only a few festival employees making the drinks.

Getting pretty irritated that this location has been open for 2 months now and you still can't scan the app for rewards or to redeem coupons. Everytime I go they say "by the end of the week we will have it running." I need to start asking which week of which month.
Edit: Against my better judgment I tried again about a year later. This time, no regular black coffee at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. Should have went to Kwik Trip. Lowered to 1 star.

I come to this location pretty often I have had good experiences here. The customer service is good and the drinks and bakery are great.

First the card reader isn't working so it was cash only. Then the machine for the coffee isn't working but if you want a refund you have to wait for the employees to find your receipt in the trash and then go to customer service. So about 20 minutes later I get the drinks ordered they didn't even offer to upsize them.... After all of that Nothing and to top it off the drinks were not even that good.

This location may be confusing at first because it is inside Festival foods. Just walk through the main entrance and it is easy to find. The coffee was amazing as always and the sitting area was nice and clean. The barista was great and got all our orders right. An interesting thing about this location is Festival hosts a Hero’s café for veterans on Friday mornings. It’s definitely worth checking out if you are a service member. Overall a great experience!

It says it’s open until 6pm and there was a giant “CLOSED” sign on the counter at 5:54. A little annoying because I went to Festival only to get Caribou and leave. I had no shopping to do here. I actually hate Festival Foods.

Friendly barista, and decent coffee. Some menu options are hit or miss but I'm definitely always into trying new beverages when I get around to it.
