Wonderstate Coffee - Viroqua Cafe

I'm sorry but the coffee here tasted like chemicals. The people were amazing ! The shop is beautiful. But $6.80 for 8oz off coffee too ?

Delicious drinks and food. Coffee was great. Vanilla latte was great. And Chai latte with oatmilk was fantastic. Had the oatmeal pudding which was a lot better than I expected... and the veggie bowl that had two eggs on top that was also amazing. Flavors all meshed well. Food was fresh. Everything was worth it. Great place to go for breakfast/brunch/lunch.

I have been buying Wonderstate Coffee for years and years, before the pandemic from a local coffee shop that religiously ordered their beans from Wonderstate. During the pandemic we decided to set up a subscription directly through Wonderstate and we have one kilo of beans delivered every 3 weeks.

The coffee is phenomenal- light roasts that are perfect for my Chemex pour over brewing method. I trust the company and their values, knowing they support sustainable growers, solar power, giving back to the local community, respecting indigenous names and stewardship, and more.

When I have contacted them with questions about my subscription, I have always received prompt and friendly replies. I will continue to be a loyal Wonderstate customer for years to come!

A very nice place… Worth to go. The food tastes very good. Many different kinds of Coffee… They use local organic milk. I like that!

Sure tasty for a small town I was impressed at there coffee selection. I Would definitely Recommend!! They have good whole bean selection too.

Lovely little stop on my trip to Viroqua. Chill atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the coffee and cookie were divine! Glad I stopped in. ❤️

Great coffee shop! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the Maple Latte, wish we had gotten lunch here as well - everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing!

Now, this review might be a little biased as I work at this coffee shops competition in Westby which I absolutely love as well.

Wonder State is close to my heart as it was my friends and I's favorite place to meet up after school and sometimes during lunch...it's a wonder how we made it back to school before the end of lunch bell rang.
I love their coffee and environment and have made many memories there.

Delicious food, great coffee, good service. The everything bagel / lox and cream cheese was fresh and beautifully presented. Moderate prices.
Update : Today is the third time that I was unable to get a bagel with lox. They are hanging on to very strict corona fear here. Unfortunately, you can get much better service at the local Kwik Trip.

Great coffee and food. Friendly and knowledgeable staff focused on quality. Ate/drank here several times while in Viroqua, and would highly recommend stopping by if in the area.
