Knuth Brewing Company

Knuth's is a fantastic restaurant for anyone looking to have a great experience! The atmosphere, food, beer, and customer service is top notch! They are known for their wood fired pizzas and micro-brew beer but don't hesitate on the rest of the menu! Their paninis, salads, heck even their "Friday special" of pork carnitas are DELICIOUS! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, it's even great for business lunches! Family Friendly As Well!

We stopped in for lunch just after noon right behind 2 others. We sat ourselves at a table as there was nobody behind the bar. The 2 fellas that came in just in front of us went in the back and located what I'll call a friend of one of them and he came out, poured them a beer chatted with them for a minute and disappeared. We waited until 12:30 and still no menu, no drinks, no waitress, nobody. Just a terrible way to run a business and I have to say that we really like and spend a lot of time in the downtown there but I won't be going back to this poorly run establishment. We will go someplace where we can get some kind of service anyway.

Great local favorite. Unique lil shop. Barista to Bartender serve some of the best drinks I have had in a while.

The Coule salad (W/Rassberry Vinaigrette) and Cuban are worth the trip

Cozy Brewpub in a small town. Their beers are good. I think their wheat beers are top notch! Good selection of their own beers along with some guest taps. Their wood fired pizzas are very tasty. Definitely worth checking out.

Food is always amazing and the staff is super friendly! They are usually pretty busy but still really quick. The beer selection is great. Definitely something for everyone!

As a brewery it's a 2 star place. Only 4 beers are local. As a restaurant I would give it 4 stars since the food we had was good. It is one of those places that is doing too much okay and nothing great. The service was 3 star. If you're passing through and need lunch okay, if you want a real brewery experience keep driving.

I absolutely love knuths. I am not one for beer however I always drink 1 or 2 while there. They have the best beer.

Probably the best tasting wings I have ever had. Ordered them naked no sauce no breading, i dont know if they were cooked in their eood fired oven or what but great flavor not greasy. Pizza 3 different types all were well made crisp thin crust. Micro brewed October fest beer nice combo pizza combination. Effecient pleasant crew. Love to see this quality restaurant in a small Midwestern town. Welcome addition to Ripons culinary choices.

Absolutely the best prime rib I have ever had. Everybody raved about the spices but it also was top-quality cut of meat. The potatoes and asparagus made for a complete and delicious meal.
