I was in the neighborhood of Ripon and wanted nachos. After a bit of research infield Knuth. The nachos didn't disappoint and the panini was even better. That being said the place was extremely busy and if you don't know it's self seating pay at the register and serve yourself the signs suggesting this are small and off to the side. The atmosphere was nice but again very busy. The nachos had a kick to them so if you don't like spicy might want to tamper down. I also had to have a piece of pizza and it was goof too. Craft beers were delicious and this is a great place to come eat and support local. Will be back if in the area again!

Friendly service. Food was pretty tasty. Hubby had the Panini special. I had the Mac and (Beer) Cheese Pizza. It was exactly that. Cheese pizza with macaroni on top. Not cheesy macaroni. Plain. Which was odd. But the pizza crust was delicious. Pretzel bites are huge, and came with 3 dipping sauces. Everything is wood fired and the place got pretty smokey.

On March 22nd, 2023 my girlfriend and I came in around 2 pm and had an amazing lunch. Hats off to the bartender, the woman that took our order and the chefs. All of them were extremely kind and professional. My girlfriend and I are both service industry people and the soup of the day (broccoli cheddar) was hot and delicious, a million times better than Panera, the pesto chicken pizza and the bruschetta were hot and full of flavor. Wish they had a cider on tap but the bartender recommended their citrusy beer that was new and it was a great alternative. She also gave us a large piece of carrot cake which looks amazing. We are very happy we got to have an amazing experience after driving over a dozen hours and hundreds of miles to celebrate a special day of ours on our interstate camping trip.

The classic pub look on the street drew me in. The beer and the food kept me there. I am from Portland, OR, so I'm no stranger to brewpubs, but I love what they are doing in the heart of downtown Ripon. I tried a few of the brews they make in-house and I really vibed with the Maibock they had on tap during my visit, though the tart bier and the IPA were pretty tasty too. My prime rib sandwich and fries rounded out my experience and left me full and satisfied. The casual atmosphere and friendly owners are why I think this place is worth coming back to again and again. Next time I am going to try one of their wood fired pizzas.

Exceptional brewery! I have been at most of the local brewery’s in the area and this is definitely one of the best. All the beers we tried were very very good. When you think of a proper Belgian Triple, Pilsner or Red, they are spot on. We also got the wood fired cheese sticks (pizza crust olive oils and cheese blend). Simply amazing! Crispy yet soft. I highly recommend this brewery.

Cool place. Met a bunch of guys here on our way to an annual golf trip. Only tried the Ipas and they were definitely good. Also tried a few different pieces of pizza that some of my buddies had and they were all delicious!! Would go back for sure.

My review is based on the pizza. It's one of the best wood fired pizzas around. Excellent crust is what makes a pizza great. It's hand tossed but thin and firm. If I lived near Ripon I would frequent this place.

Wood fired pizza served with their own brew. Definitely worth the 100 mile roundtrip!!!!! That's 5 stars, folks.

I had the salad they recommended and I ate the entire bowl!!!! It was fresh and delish and reasonably priced! Very friendly upon arrival. Highly recommend!
