Knuth Brewing Company

My first time trying Knuth. I’m picky when it comes to beer. I just found my new favorite red beer. I’ll have to drive 2.5 hrs to get it though.

Great staff, great food, great beer!

Drinks were delicious. I had an iced mocha coffee and hubby had a Coffee Stout. We also shared a super yummy piece of carrot cake. Service was excellent...we sat at the bar. Would love to go back and try lunch sometime. Highly recommend!

Staffing was light when we came in, multiple dirty tables and after sitting at a dirty table for 10 minutes without assistance we moved to the bar. It wasnt until the couple next to us told the bartender "they look thirsty" were we assisted.

We look forward to visiting again and buying appreal, being a Knuth ourselves we were hoping for some souvenirs but they were out of our size,

Definitely worth the visit for good beer and food, just try to avoid rush hour :)

Great Beer and wood-fired pizza. Besides small tables, there are a number of long communal tables-- at busy times, ya gotta use the European method of sharing tables with strangers who are at different phases of their visit.

KBC has the most delicious wood-fired pizzas! I usually go for a white sauce base with chicken and bacon. I also enjoy the Chicken Toga panini with their homemade chips or apple slices as the side! They have a great selection of beers and other beverages to choose from, too. Seating gets pretty full on busy nights, but there are tables inside and outside to choose from or take food and cans/growlers to-go! I definitely recommend getting a meal from Knuth's!

Just visited the brewing company for the first time today. The place was bussling with people, and my pizza was still served as quickly as a pizza can be cooked. Pretty impressive! I tended bar at a brewery in the past so have a lot of experience with ales, and I have to say the pale ale here was excellent too! A clean, well lit place, with an all around pleasant atmosphere, and nice people. Five stars.

Was here on a Thursday for lunch. I had the 'Blue Fungi with Prosciutto' pizza and it was really good. All of their pizzas are a thinner crust, and have that great wood fired taste. I also tried their Pale Ale - my only complaint was I wish they had more of their own beers to choose from. Hope to visit there again soon.

Ordered cheese, sausage , tomato, red pepper pizza. Crust was soggy, . Was not $1.50 worth of sausage on pizza, tomatoes were cherry tomatoes cut in half and no flavor. Will not recommend the pizza to anyone.

Stopped in for a craft beer. Like trying different styles of beer that brew pubs make. On Thursday they have a trivia night. They had 10 to 15 teams on trivia night
