Good craft beers! Pizza looks awesome! Will definitely try it next time. Only 4 stars for now bc they need some type of nacho cheese or beer cheese to go w/pretzel bites & their chips! This is Wisconsin...we love cheese!

Such great salads! Never been disappointed with any food at KBC. Lunch time rush never means a long wait. Staff is super cordial. And, you can watch some of the brewing process from your table.

Great place to grab an early pizza dinner with kids. (Beer is also good - I've had that on other visits.). The place is two connected and restored stores, and they wisely let the two sections remain independent: one side with the pizza stove and the other with the bar and bakery. There is also a surprising range of seating: bar, window tables and a few comfortable chairs are all available. Associated pics show the hot food window and the ramp to the other store, the tables out in front of the hot food window, and the bar (with only one TV which is nice and the ten taps with a mix of their own and other beer).

Great pizza options! Yummy nachos and salsa. Love their beer options. Great place for a date or the whole family !

We had been given a gift certificate for Knuth. Our experience there was very pleasant. The beer, Blonde Blue-eyed, was even better. Thank you.

Been here a few times throughout the past year or two. Everytime we come they have live music. Doors were open today as it was beautiful.
Brick oven pizzas, coffee, beer, coffee beer and great atmosphere. Everything down to the bathrooms and exposed brewery is 5 stars!

Service is so sweet. Pizzas are phenomenal. Favorite local place to eat at by far.

Impressive spot on main street, with great food options and wide range of solid beers. Split between two spaces, the walk-up order put a bit of pressure on us initially to pick our food, but our cashier helped us with anything quite happily. Sat down and went up to the bar in the other half and got a flight - 6 pours of 5oz for only $9 feels like a steal! All the beers were solid and we plan on coming back in the future. By the bar there's also a small bakery case and coffee shop type counter for your caffeinated needs. As for our food, we each got a salad, and they were big! About the most full I've felt after a salad at a restaurant. Plenty of toppings meld nicely. We'll be looking to return for the food as well.

Great brew pub. Wood fire pizzas are excellent. Beer selection is wide with a few guest taps. Proper beer for the styles indicated. Great building for a brew pub.
