Colectivo Coffee on Humboldt

The staff is always nice. I'm not a coffee drinker and I never feel dumb asking questions about beverage choices. The reason I don't/won't give this place a 5 is that it is SO LOUD, it's really difficult to talk to someone (for work meetings) or think if you're by yourself. I understand it's a "factory" but the background noise is always very distracting to me.

Breakfast and lunch only. Absolutely fresh ingredients with many very unique options, like common breakfast items from other countries. Gets busy so go early, especially on weekends. Good for families, has kids option that is good rather than typical stuff. No booze, so don't go if you want a bloody mary!

Nice atmosphere, can be busy, food is hit or miss. The reason why I gave it 3 and not 4 stars? THE MUSIC IS WAY TOO LOUD. Not conducive to laptop work or reading.

The music is so loud, in fact, that I can hear it over my own music through my headphones. I won't come back to do work here again. Too disruptive. Social hour is a better bet if you're coming to this Collectivo.

They get three stars for their well thought out Covid-19 protocol. That's important to me. My coffee? Not so good. It's one of two options: they messed it up, or their horchata is really bad.

I ordered an iced horchata with two shots of espresso. 16 ounces. And it cost me EIGHT DOLLARS before tip.

I usually go to Stone Creek but I was in the area. Next time I'll ask some more questions before I order. I DID feel a bit rushed over it.

When traveling to the Milwaukee area a trip to one of the Colectivo /Alterra coffee shops (it's been Manny trips many years). I love every unique venue. Great coffee,grab a few bags to bring home!

Always a warm and comfy place to gather.

I really enjoy their drinks and food here. It's not the type of coffee shop to get much of a meal, but if you are stopping to get something small, it's great.

Nice atmosphere good coffee and snacks. Construction on Humboldt was a bit of an obstacle, but manageable.

Amazing coffee, fresh/from scratch bakery, friendly service and awesome atmosphere. It's awesome being able to watch the coffee roasting while you drink a cup! Over all Colectivo was a great experience

Waaaay too noisy inside. Patio was nice. Food was outstanding. Try the Baja Bowl.
