Really authentic coffee shop serving delicious drinks and other baked goods. Open view to the roasting facilities that supply their coffee makes for interesting backdrop. Only issue is that seating is a bit limited, so can be very crowded with people taking up spaces for hours.

I love Colectivo in general. This location has a great demographic. It's a mixture of college students, local residents, and professionals on the go. You can sit inside and watch as they bag coffee beans. During the warm months, you can sit outside and enjoy the weather. Many people read books or work on their laptops while sipping their drinks. Their sandwiches and soups are delicious. I love the baked oatmeal and smoothies!

When it comes to a mixture between experience and quality of goods, Collectivo has a great balance. I Highly recommend Collectivo to anyone, trying to create a safe social experience with the gorgeous outdoor patio. Although the drinks can get a bit pricey, it is worthy to overlook that setback due to its one of a kind rustic yet contemporary dining experience.

Food was well prepped and tasted good too. The drinks were creative and tasty. The covered patio was a bit hot in the middle day, but heck a lot better than if we'd have been directly under the sun.

FOOD POISONING, not worth it. My boyfriend and I both got horrible food poisoning from this location about a month ago. We had the BLT and a bacon breakfast burrito, so avoid the bacon. One of the most sick I've ever been. I called to make sure they were aware and to make sure no one else got sick. Let them know all the details, but received minimal follow up and was offered my $23 back. Please be careful.

I used to go to this Colectivo all the time (back when it was Alterra). This summer I've ben there more because I'm working in the area.

The staff is nice and usually attentive with 2 people at the check out. Seeing the production side is cool too. And the outdoor area is only second to the location at the lake (you can't beat that view).

The only downside is the noise inside. I didn't remember this being an issue before. But, I can't have a meeting here inside. So if the weather is nice you're good inside or out.

Maybe it was my choices. I had a cheese, & kielbasa cream soup that was too salty. I should have returned it. It was barely edible. The drink
I ordered a ginger tea which might have had another flavoring in it. First I burned my tongue on it. Then, I added honey and milk. It cooled a little. It didn't taste good. I tasted lemon and something else more than the ginger. I really just wanted a tummy calmer. Today, the mint might have been a better choice.
Sorry, guys, I'll be back to try other foods another time.

It gets a little loud with the coffee beans grinding during the day, but the white noise helps me do work.

Food is a little pricey, but that's the nature of the beast at a coffee shop, and it tastes great so I'll live.

Every employee is super friendly

I eat breakfast and lunch here often. The food and coffee are consistent. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to have a meeting. Wish the music was a little less loud.
