Friendly comfortable place for coffee in downtown Milwaukee.

Perfect little outdoor table for us and our dog, Barista was delightful and friendly. She definitely knew coffee and it showed, having a good conversation to find exactly the coffee that meets my flavor profile. The avacado toast was different than most, but even more delicious. The house made vanilla is worth every drip in whatever you get, and i can promise we will drive from Ohio more than once to come back to Milwaukee to come here again. Excellent job by a wonderful shop!

They people I went with liked what they ordered, but I will focus on what I got. I ordered the hot chocolate. But, it didn't really taste like anything. Once it cooled down it taste very watered down somehow. I don't know what happened. Maybe something was just off with it, even the people I was with agreed when they tried it. I'll come back another time, see if it was just made weird. But was a good place for people who wanted to study. Music was a bit loud. Would go again when the bakery items are still there, as they were out. Maybe order more so you can sell them all day.

Was excited to go here for the first time, but immediately felt uncomfortable. The barista was extremely passive aggressive towards my friend and I when we said we weren't sure what we wanted to order yet and literally stared me down after I said that. As other reviews said, it felt like he had something against us. The latte she got was sour tasting and awful, one sip upset my stomach. She works as a barista herself and we are both constant espresso drinkers, so we are familiar with what strong espresso should taste like. We had to leave within 15 minutes because of the uncomfortable environment. Not happy with our first experience.

Really delicious coffee but not the best experience. I ordered a macchiato to go and was served a latte to go until I asked for a replacement. I know it’s unusual to get a traditional macchiato to go, but I’d still have liked to get what I ordered the first time.

Also the atmosphere was a little chaotic and not the most inviting feel.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! My friend and I went to get some work done and experience the new atmosphere but were completely turned off by our experience almost instantly. We couldn’t help but think we did something to upset or anger the barista by the way he spoke to us. The entire 15 minutes we could last in there was so uncomfortable. He came up multiple times to our table asking what we wanted. I ordered an iced latte that was just awful and tasted like something in it was made wrong. I am a barista myself and know that it was not how espresso should taste. Immediately after he came to our table to ask what my friend will be having and as she politely told him she wasn’t ready to order yet he stood and looked her up and down for a long moment before walking away acting as if we were a burden to him. We ended up feeling forced to leave because of the extremely unpleasant vibes we got from his attitude towards us. As we left I made sure to tell him to have a good day (maybe he was just having a bad one, even though we noticed he only acted this way to us) and he proceeded to just stare at me and say nothing back! It left us feeling like we did something wrong and felt mind boggled about what it was we could have done to deserve such bizarre service.

I’m still not sure why, but I’ve passed by this coffee shop dozens of times without ever stopping. Finally stopped in last week and I realized I’ve been missing out big time! The coffee is phenomenal, the service is quick & friendly, and the vibe within the shop is comfortable where you can sit down and easily work on what you need to get done. You should definitely check this place out! Will be a regular stop for me going forward.

I had this piece of bakery and omg it was sooooo good. They had other options which I will have to go back and try. Also super chill place and beats

This place is fantastic. Excellent service, fabulous pastries and the best latte I've had in years. Terrific vibe. Great place for dates, business meetings and chilling. Love it.

Old and bitter coffee for way too much. Just ordered it black and very disappointing for the reviews
