Canary Coffee Bar

Our whole gang went there for the daughter's birthday. It was a good choice. Really finesse coffee at this place. A cozy decor, with good seating, but also big front windows to look out and see the action on the street. They offer quite an array of interesting Tapas, and fancy, tasty desserts. We particularly liked Abbie, the gal who served us. Very efficient and friendly. This was our first visit, but you can well imagine it becoming a favorite Coffee Spot downtown.

I was here for a breakfast since it’s closed to our Airbnb, and even came back the next morning . They have the best cappuccino and bakery I’ve ever had even better than places in Chicago, where I come from. Highly recommended everyone come here if you ever been in Milwaukee .

Delicious artsy lattes and gourmet avocado toast on thick sourdough bread. Morning heaven within walking distance of nice hotels.

Such a pleasant atmosphere with very kind baristas! Best peppermint hot chocolate ever 😊 also incredible avocado toast, def will be back!

The coffee was very bitter and unpleasant. The barista was fine, not welcoming or friendly. The chairs were uncomfortable.

Best latte I’ve had in Milwaukee! I got a vanilla latte, hot, with oat milk and it had the best mouthfeel. It was delicious and perfectly creamy.

Extremely efficient staff and absolutely tasty lavender latte and espresso old fashioned! Snazzy decor!Believe It! Added to my favorites! And they carry Hatched hand pies which are way past legit!

Creative and well-executed coffee and snacks in a ground floor café that exudes modernism and IG-friendly settings for every millennial. We ordered an Americano to sample their shot pulling skills; a mocha to sample their shots and frother skills; and hot chocolate to sample how kids-friendly their drinks might be (if your kids are like ours, they have very specific palettes.) Everything exceeded our expectations and each family member enjoyed their warm drinks on the cold Milwaukee morning when we visited. Definitely will be coming back.

Ordered a seasonal pumpkin latte, cute little place and my drink was made perfectly.

I've visited 3 occasions while vacationing in MKE and highly enjoyed each experience. Tried multiple drinks and also ordered some baked goods to go.
