I normally don't do reviews but wanted to share my experience. I came to Grace Coffee Co for the first time this past Friday. While the overall vibe of the restaurant is exactly what I like, the service was horrible. When I ask the girl what her favorite baked good was her response was " I don't have a favorite" served up with scowl. Maybe she was having a bad morning or maybe she doesn't like her job. Regardless...I won't be back. A shame as I really liked the place.

A beautiful and big coffee shop with plenty of seating and meeting space. The outdoor patio is massive with great tables. An atmosphere that feels alive, but even when crowded, you can still relax and not strain to speak with those at your table.
For a drink, I had the Moscow Mule and it was delightful. My wife tried a vodka lemonade specialty they had and it was refreshing and delicious.

I can’t say how yummy our food was. We got the Giant Cinnamon Roll. We also go Pumpkin Spice Lattes and Pumpkin Spice Chai and they were really good! I also got Avocado Toast With Eggs and it was so delicious! Beautiful Decor and just very good in general! Definitely Recommend

This place has good coffee and amazing croissants. That said, they are almost always our of said delicious croissants, especially the non-meat ones. Word to the wise - in a pinch a meat eater will happily eat a croissant that contains no meat, but not true the other way around - vegetarians will not eat your ham and cheese croissant even though its the only one left. Last 2 times we went we turned around and left without buying anything (and we would have ordered coffee and food for our son, etc) because the only croissants remaining were ham and cheese.

Emma, Steven and Emily are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Moving here from Chicago I was extremely nervous of finding high quality coffee at a place that provided a relaxed, personal and “cool” atmosphere. The baristas that I named are not only professional delivering consistent taste, but they are kind, caring and hard working. Quick shout out to the managers Derrick and Kat who work so hard and add to the enjoyable ambiance and experience.
If your from out of town and need a great place for coffee, GRACE is your place to bring a smile on your face.

Stopped in for a quick take-away breakfast before heading back home to St. Paul. Service was quick, efficient and very friendly.
All of the food we ordered was fantastic. A couple of wraps and the breakfast tacos.
The wraps ended up half-eaten due to their size. I had the tacos. I was stuffed with the two tacos after I had finished.
Wait for the food was less than 15 minutes.
When we come back to Middleton, we will definitely return to Grace.

We were very disappointed with the food here. We ordered food for dinner and they were not as advertised. We ordered Rib sliders and they were just dry pieces of meat on a bun! There was no caramelized onions, no Brie, just pieces of hard dry meat! We have never had nothing so bad!
The second thing we ordered was pulled pork sliders and it was supposed to come with coleslaw and aioli sauce on the buns but there was nothing but dry pulled pork.
In addition, we ordered two burgers and they were absolutely dry!
It was such a disappointing experience. We have been to this place several times for coffee and croissants and they were good.
Save your money and don’t order any food for dinner. It is one of the worst dinners we have ever had! Awful! Wish we could get our money back. It cost us $75 plus tip!
Never again will we make the mistake of ordering take out dinner from this place. We felt ripped off.

Very cool location. Good coffee and food. Only qualm is the cup sizes are too small.

Always had concerns about the open-air pastry display (even during the height of the pandemic) and the flies in the shop but I ignored it because it was a convenient stop close to work. Won’t be back after seeing all the health code violations (mold above ice maker, ingredients contaminated with waste water, raw chicken sitting out above baked goods, veggies touching raw meat). Great aesthetic and decor, but the unsanitary conditions outweigh that.
