Wide variety of tasty pastries as well as breakfast and lunch dishes along with your beverage. Very efficient staff! Packed on Saturday morning!

Nice, modern, and spacious coffee shop. Coffee is not always the best but it is ok to have a nice place to hang out and work like a second office.

While I enjoyed what I ordered, my regular black coffee was $4! And the sizing is rather small. I just couldn’t get over the prices. But at least the workers were more friendly at the Middleton location. I have tried East Wash and Sun Prairie and felt so unwelcome. Just seems like their pricing is meant to attract a certain clientele and isn’t really somewhere everyone could afford to go on a regular basis.

The baked goods I like, which is why food is so up there and despite the uppity-ness that the prices and other parts about it just scream, I really like the decor, etc. Just seems like it echoes and is so loud for what I am used to in a coffee shop.

Several years ago I happened upon the Grace coffee location on State St. It was outstanding coffee prepared by a barista who knew his machine and his coffee. I wrote a 5 star review for it. Yesterday I was in town again and went to Grace Coffee in Middleton. The 2 employees were very friendly & courteous. Unfortunately their combined knowledge of coffee was minimal. The cappucchino I ordered was a failure on every level. The equipment they had to work with is first rate but unfortunately this does require operator understanding. There wasn't any. The coffee was over-extracted, I ordered dry to the nodding understanding employee who obviously had no idea what that meant. The bakery goods were outstanding.

The vibe is fanatic, lots of different places to sit. Food is delicious and lots of good drink options!

Food was just ok, very overpriced for counter service. They drowned my biscuits and gravy in gravy- and it wasn’t hot so not so tasty. Lukewarm to cool gravy is just gross. Everything was in a disposable takeout container. Grab your own soda from the cooler opposite wall of the counter. Tables were all dirty despite it not being busy and counter staff chatting with each other when we walked in. Coffee tasted a bit burnt/old. The small coffee is more like child-sized. The default “tips” options that they have on their checkout screen are very high considering there is no service happening, starting at 25% lol. The metal chairs were really uncomfortable. Dead flowers in a vase on a counter. It just seemed like they tried too hard to make the place look trendy but don’t make the effort where it counts- cleanliness and the food. Bakery items were good. If you don’t want to sit and eat, I would recommend this place for grabbing coffee and baked goods to go. I don’t think I would waste my money “dining” in there again.

Great little spot in a fun area of Middleton! The breakfast sandwiches were really good and the portions are good sized. You won’t leave hungry. The team working when we stopped were really friendly. Very cool vibe and highly recommend to stop for coffee and a sandwich in the morning. Hidden gem!

A lot of people like the vibe here, but I don't. The coffee is pretty standard, nothing exceptional. The pastries are huge (and priced accordingly), unfortunately they're not very good. A 16oz coffee and a scone will set you back ten bucks.

This is a SUPER cute place, and I was really excited try the brunch menu. A couple of things were... weird. For one thing, it's set up as if they want people to hang out there for a while with a few sofa lounge areas. However, I received my food and coffee in disposable containers. I guess that's just how they do it there? Which is strange for a sit down place, not to mention unnecessarily wasteful. They could include some signs designating order and pickup areas. Whether they bus the table or you bus it yourself was unclear. Another thing, I noticed cocktail glasses everywhere but no cocktail menu. After tipping for counter service that was really sub par I REALLY hope some of the tip went to the kitchen- because the food was great! Hopefully they are on Uber eats or doordash or something because while the food is a good option for pickup and delivery the dine in experience is so awkward I wouldn't recommend eating there.

Edit: Just saw they allow dogs, which is awesome! I'll probably be back sometime with my dog and if it's a better experience I'll change my review.

Grace Coffee is an EXPERIENCE. You walk in and are immediately feel hugged with comfort and cozy good vibes. I could sit there all day and just be on the velvety green couch in Middleton. But let's talk about what they are literally bringing to the table, shall we? Goodness. Pure goodness. Food and bevies made from scratch from some of the best in biz. My fave thing, though? I'm keeping it simple: COLD BREW MADE BY TAYLER. I'm sure there's a formula to it, but there's just something different when Tayler makes it. I have dreams about this cold brew and cannot for the life of me find anything comparable, and I've lived in Chicago and Portland which are hubs for good fare. Doesn't matter, though. Grace is the place. Go! Sit! Chill! This place has all you need and then some. Enjoy!
