upon entering, you are struck by the graceful beauty, and good taste of the visually uplifting decor. Where else can you drink your coffee under a hanging garden? [Hanging garden! Where else this side of LA and NY can you do that!] Upon making your way past all the pastry, insouciant Tayler is happily ready to take your request. She makes my coffee the way I like it, without a word. I go to my seat, put my feet up, and take my first sip of the day. Ahhhhhh. Tayler...your the best!!

Grace coffee is a warm & inviting place. The staff there is very welcoming. I had a great experience with Tayler. I will be coming back. 2 thumbs up

We ordered food and waited over 30 minutes before I walked up and asked where our order is. Our food was given to us in a to go box with the order number on top. They messed up our order but after waiting that long we cut our losses and didn't say anything to the workers.

This place is disgusting. Three times in a row went in & they messed up my order and had to give me a refund. On the third time the cook actually laughed in my face about it when I confronted him for continuing to make the same mistake. I went back a 4th time thinking things might be different and he spit in my food and laughed at me when he handed it to me. I can't believe after the first 3 times, they continued to let this go on. I asked one of the employees after having been refunded 3 visits in a row what the deal was and she said, their cooks have been terrible, but they can't find a replacement.. poor excuse to a good paying customer since the place has opened. Done with this place!

Such a cool spot! We came here for the first time yesterday and it was very busy. But it was also Saturday at 10am. The coffee was excellent and we got two pastries. They were huge and so so good! The aesthetic inside was so cool and pretty ! Definitely want to go back when it’s not as busy

Grace has high quality drinks and baked goods. Lots of room inside to sit and relax, atmosphere is comfortable. We love the almond croissant and the jalapeño bacon croissant. Great service too.

The food is excellent and the coffee is the best I’ve had in Wisconsin. I enjoy the aesthetic with the plants and the open doors to the outside. The only issue was the busyness and noise level, which seems to peek at ~10AM, but that’s to be expected because they are very good!

I will not be ordering food from here again. I arrived 20 minutes before work for a coffee and avocado toast. The barista was very nice and made my coffee quickly. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my breakfast- nothing. I kindly asked the barista for an update on my food since I had to get to work. She went back to the kitchen and asked and told me 5 minutes and apologized for the wait. I waited another 10 minutes. I walked back by the kitchen to see if my sandwich was almost ready even though the buzzer did not go off. Both cooks were on their phones and talking. They started working a little once they saw me watching them. One cook turned to the fryer where my egg was frying for my toast and touched it with his bare finger! Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe they were sitting back there doing nothing while a customer waited almost a half hour for avocado toast (not a difficult item to make!!). I told the barista I had to go and she kindly gave me a refund, and apologized and offered me a bakery item instead. Very disappointed with the service at this coffee shop.

Good coffee, excellent pastries, very good vibe atmosphere, Internet friendly, good networking or meeting spot. I am happy to see they are lengthening their hours as they can with everything that we’ve all been through. I give them five star for the effort that they’ve put forth throughout Covid and up until today they really have made a great effort to Accommodate their customers

The food and coffee is very good. However, the music is blaring like I’m in a night club at 9am. And 2 people are handling orders and drinks. Big back up.
