Delicious food at a reasonable price. Senior menu had baked haddock...baked potato & salad for less than $10! Sat outside as it was a gorgeous day! Had a visitor!!

I've heard nothing but great things about this place time and time again. When we went we requested a window seat to look over the river to which we were denied despite being one readily open. A couple after us actually was seated there right after they asked if they could be seated after us. Then the food itself was okay at best. The view is beautiful if nothing else.

The food here is pretty average and is usually on the very bland side. I've never ordered anything here that has tasted anything more than just fine.
With my most recent visit I saw on the bill they charged us for two cups of coffee even though our table was only provided with one carafe and wasn't even refilled. This feels incredibly scummy on the businesses part considering the time and effort can't always be taken to assure left over food isn't stuck to your cup before being served to you. Had I known I would be charged $5 for a very poor quality cheap coffee I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.
Just about the only thing this restaurant really has going for it in my view is that the wait staff all seem very nice. Otherwise the only other draw is that it's close enough to be convenient when you don't want to go out for a finer dining experience.

Don't think I'll be going here EVER again. Minus the "greeter" who sat me who was very tattooed on his arms, that was wearing a Scream inspired T-shirt, jeans & pretty much Chuck Taylors being nice & complementary but clearly NOT in work approved attire: VERY poor service. I ordered a Mountain Dew for my beverage that was damn near flat, it took what felt like 15 - 20mins to ACTUALLY get a server to take my order, the Onion Rings I ordered had the taste but not the consistency of Onion Rings, the Chicken Bacon Ranch salad was falsely advertised & should've been called a Chicken Tender salad because that's basically what it was & as for my "server": the guy was practically non-existent except for checking on me maybe twice before giving me my check. He's LUCKY I didn't care about the $2 change & told the cashier to give him that or they would've gotten jack. Now, if I would've gone during a busier time say Dinner during Friday Night Fish, I would've understood but this was during Lunch hours & there were PLENTY of open tables/booths w/ very little patronage in the actual restaurant. Definitely won't recommend going there ever again

Food was ok enough. Pancakes were great. Staff was great. Nice views. Coffee was see through dishwater. Hash browns not brown. Must have to ask for them crispy.

Carpet in a restaurant is not good. Dirty. Food was worse than a cafeteria in a hospital. Nice view of river though

Used to come here quite often a few years ago. Same menu, but food is different.

I used to love Julie's food. However, it has changed owners and seems their food has changed. They increased prices which I understand the necessity of, but the quality of the food has gone downhill. I've been to a lot of restaurants, and this was absolutely the worst food I've ever had. My friend and I went for supper yesterday and the food was so bad we didn't even eat most of it. The "chicken booyah" looked like it was mixed with beef vegetable soup, it had a brownish red color, yet I was able to find little pieces of chicken in it. They offered another soup instead, so I requested the chicken dumpling soup. That tasted REALLY nasty. It had no flavor and the "dumplings" were so falling apart that it looked like cream soup. I could not eat it at all. The salad I got with it was head lettuce that looked old and unappetizing. My friend could not eat her dish. She said it tasted "off" which she figured out were the noodles, maybe they were old or something. I told the person who checked us out that the food was not good. However, she just ignored what we said. I will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to Julie's again. It's a matter of time before this location goes out of business.
